Great hotel with spacious rooms. Great ocean front views.
The family ocean front villa was very spacious and clean. It had two balconies and two bathrooms. Large, stocked refrigerator with beer and soft drinks.

recently wrote a critical review about my experience at your hotel, as I was truly disappointed during what was meant to be a special birthday trip. However, I want to sincerely thank Jose, the Guest Services Manager, for personally taking action to make everything right. His dedication and care completely changed the course of our stay. Not only did Jose address our concerns with professionalism and kindness, but he also went above and beyond by inviting us to a private dinner and offering to help with reservations for our return visit this December 14–21—a very special occasion as we’ll be celebrating our 59th wedding anniversary with our entire family of 11. Because of Jose’s extraordinary efforts and the genuine care he showed, we have decided to remain loyal to your hotel brand as we continue our travels through Cancun and other cities where Boreko Hotels are located. This was our first disappointing experience with the brand, but thanks to Jose, it has turned into a renewed trust and appreciation. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to him for his exceptional service.

Evely Perez was excellent and very comforting with our 2 kids. She made our daughter’s birthday special and made our son feel great and comforted while from crying. She was nice and had great personality while speaking to us and our kids.
