Simple hotel with nice facilities and basic food offer. Staff was very nice but food offer could be better.

Out of our entire stay the best was the service in the buffet area. Alberto was working wonderful! He was very friendly and attentive. He took time to speak with us each time we came in to eat. He always made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He also went out of his way to make sure our son who only eats chicken nuggets had something to eat every night. If you have the chance to have him wait on you, you will not be disappointed!

Budget hotel
Clean hotel at a low price. Workers are very nice and accommodating. If you are looking for a luxury hotel to be pampered at, this is not it. But if you want a low price, don’t mind it being a little dated and have low expectations, you can save some money. The main drawback is that the selection of food is very limited and average at best. The only real negatives are that the air conditioning is not that great, take a fan, and there is much shade on the beach. They should put some palapas out there.

Great location, friendly staff, would return
We had the family 2 bedroom. Those are located in the 2 story buildings right on the beach so we had a great view. Staff was mostly friendly, the seafood restaurant was great. Buffet was pretty decent. The grounds are well kept and the pools are nice. No consistent poolside beverage service, but each pool does have a bar you can walk to, but the line can get a bit long. No umbrellas for the beach, although it seems you can rent one. Some of the palm trees on the beach give a bit shade.
