Jun 28, 2025Excellent time, exceptional service, beautiful resort!
This resort was amazing! It's about 25-30ish minutes away from the main downtown Cancun area but that was fine with us, we stayed on the resort the whole time anyway. The staff were excellent!! They constantly had activities setup at all times of day, and an app or online app that you could check the schedule for any given event. We attended the DJ nights, foam party, live singer, and other live entertainment. During one of the DJ nights, when it hit midnight, my husband told our waitress it was my birthday- the DJ ended the night playing the happy birthday song for me! It was such a fun experience, and I appreciate how the staff went out of their way. There were several pools, but we spent most of our time at the pool with the swim up bar. Special shout out to Gustavo at the pool swim up bar!! He remembered us after the first day and had our drinks of choice ready, and kept them coming without us even having to ask. You could see he really knew his stuff, everyone at the pool knew him and loved him. His side of the bar was always packed. Brandon at the pool bar was great too!! The restaurants and food options were extensive, and everything we ate was excellent. We went to Blue Moon for my birthday and had the lamb rack, cordon bleu, and rhe french onion soup which was incredible! The staff there sang me happy birthday and brought out a special dessert. We also had some of the best shrimp tacos at Villa Marina. We didn't purchase the Privelage package, but I don't think we needed it. We had a fantastic time and didn't feel like we missed out on anything without the Privelage package. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a garden view, which was beautiful. We have already recommended this resort to friends, family, and coworkers. We plan to go back again next year, with our daughter this time, as the resort is family friendly. Highly recommend!!

Butler Louis was great! And experience itself was AMAZING!
Such a beautiful and fun place. All the Privilege amenities were perfect. Our Butler Louis was fabulous and helped us a lot with reservations to places we needed and always making sure we had everything we needed. The bars were amazing and the people were so kind! Definitely recommend coming to experience a relaxing and fun time.

Relaxed Vacation
My family and I recently vacationed in Mexico and stayed at *Ocean Coral & Turquesa*, and we had an absolutely amazing experience! The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and everything was well-maintained. A special shoutout to our butler **Luis**, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His warm and professional service made a big difference in our trip. This was a fun and memorable vacation for our whole family, and we can’t wait to come back! Recommend Ocean Coral & Turquesa – especially if you're lucky enough to have Luis as your butler!

Best resort in Cancun
Ocean Coral & Turquesa is by far the best all-inclusive resort my family and I have ever stayed at in Cancun. We’ve been here twice now and are already planning our next visit. Everything from the amenities, entertainment, food, and rooms to the cleanliness and overall atmosphere is top-notch and truly exceeded our expectations. What really sets this resort apart is the staff. Every team member, from those working in the restaurants and shops to the entertainment crew, was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Their positive energy made a huge difference in our stay. Special shoutout to Augusto Summelier, Erica, Juan, Leo, Yael, Justin, and Elizabeth for going above and beyond. This resort gave us happy, lasting memories and an experience we’ll never forget. Thank you to everyone at Ocean Coral & Turquesa for an amazing vacation. We will be back very soon!

Great time, great place
