Emmanuel, Eduardo and the rest of the gentlemen that serve and cook and bartend at the privilege lounge are amazing! The food was always top notch, the drinks were perfect and they were always friendly and welcoming. The whole resort lovely. The room was beautiful, very clean and housekeeping did a great job! The Blue Moon restaurant is the best one of all the Ocean resorts I have visited. Overall, this resort is wonderful. 10/10 would recommend, I will be back.

Best H10 Oceans Trip Yet!
Our butler Brandon has been the best in our 8 trips to Mexico. He took care of us from start to finish. Always sought us out no matter where we were at the resort. He made my annual birthday trip to Mexico one of the best!!! Privilege pool service was PERFECTO!! Carlos, Claudia, and Jose were always attentive and satisfying our every need. Special thanks to Claudia for the amazing sand art birthday card. Finally, Ricardo is the fastest pool waiter in Mexico. His nonstop trips around the Privilege el Beso pool kept everyone's cup full. If you are looking for top notch service, the Privilege section at the el Beso pool is the place to be!

Fun resort - Mixology class
Great time with friends! Love the layout of the resort. Good food & great staff! Jonathan did an excellent job with our group of 15 in a private Mixology class. Highly recommend it. He gave us a Tequila / Mezcal tasting and explained the difference and processes. Learned so much!

Best resort ever!
Service is top notch! Luis our butler was on top of things, from making us feel welcome to booking all our dinners and everything in between. Especially made my in laws first visit very special. Privilege pool staff were great! Ricardo is amazing, remembered us from 2 years ago! Always keeps our drinks coming. Claudia and Carlos were great helping us with towels, chairs and cold water! OCT is my overall favorite place to visit

Outstanding resort!
Outstanding service from our butler Luis and privilege pool waiter Ricardo who took care of my parents needs. Great rooms, food and atmosphere at this resort. Highly recommended for a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back to this resort in the future.
