    Wild wild west. The best

    Food was great, customer service was a top tier . All was wonderful. Just need to have more area in each corner where you can get small bite when you feel hungry. The bar staff were great, they ensure that we drink and drink resposble in all areas

    Best Vacay Ever!!!

    I stayed at Ocean Eden Bay for my birthday on a solo trip and I’ve never had better service, the food was great, the service was great, I had a privilege suite and I would recommend the privilege upgrade to everyone going there! All the butlers were amazing and Carlton especially went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great! They had excursions right on the resort you could book which was very convenient! Definitely will be back!!

    I would give a zero if i could

    A few family members & I stayed over the family side four years ago for my cousins birthday and i said NEVER again, total disorganization and staff lacked knowledge. I decided to give the adult side a chance & NEVER AGAIN, again. I was discriminated against as i walked in by the man outside at the front who had to google the definition of a derogatory word after calling me such. My mini bar fridge was completely empty & there were no towels and rags to bathe with even the following morning after many attempts to front desk. I checked in late & couldn't get any reservations to any restaurant. I went to an event off property & came back and nowhere was open to eat. I spoke to the manager on duty, Earl & told him everything i was going through the following day and the most he could do was extend our checkout. I still had to drive back to kingston (2 hour drive) late at night because he refused to give a complimentary night. I was told by Earl i would receive a email regarding a refund of some sort, whether it be full or partial. The GM Rodene Robertson emailed and refused a refund me stating they did enough to make amends. There are MANY other amazing hotels to choose from, save your money is my best advise.

    Good stay

    The resort is beautiful, the pool is great and the suite was very nice. Thank you to Mel's outstanding customer service *** Mellesia f&b concierge***. She is fabulous. The food is good but the Jamaican food was hit and miss. The Coral side has everything to make everyone happy.

    Never again

    Less than 1 star. It's been almost a month since I've returned and am still waiting to hear from the manager, Sceala(?). The resort was had a nice layout, but my visit was overshadowed by inconvenience, disorganization, and poor customer service. When we arrived, we were checked in, but no one helped us with our luggage to the room. We wheeled it for about 15 minutes before locating our room, using the keychain and realizing it does not work. We went back and forth to guest services three times that evening because of this dysfunctional key and instead of Abigail Sending someone with us to the room, we were made to go back to the room and await help with the door. This went on until midnight. By the second visit, Abigail at guest services made it seem as though it were our fault that the key did not work. Instead of her giving us a new room we were just made to walk back-and-forth four times with our luggage. On the second day, I spoke with Kaci, Who not only changed our room, but had a butler drive us to the room, got our luggage, took us to the new room, & waited with us until we were situated and both keys were properly working. The butler Richard stayed with us for 10 minutes to ensure all was well and then drove us to a restaurant for lunch. They should've done this the first night, but Abigail did not. We spent so little time in the room during this first day that I requested a refund for that night. I have spoken to 7 different people and still no response. In addition, skip the transportation to and from the hotel. Beware of ocean views. It's not exactly an ocean view. It's more of a partial ocean view. The ocean view are for privilege guests. Although you can't see the ocean from the regular rooms, you will have to move all the way onto your balcony and then look. Watch your bags. My sister had her bag sent up with another guest.

    the Hotel. A student group consists of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room.

    This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.
