Jul 29, 2025My guy and I got engaged here! BEST PEOPLE BEST RESORT!
I cannot begin to explain how special this place was. The obvious talking points are the location, landscaping, amenities and services, but the most important factor my partner and I took away from the experience was the genuine kind attitude from all of the staff. Every staff member had a smile that didn't seem forced, a great sense of humor, and legit made me think - I want that kind of job. What they do is so hard - dealing with so many personality types and having to maintain a positive attitude - and they made it seem so easy. I've stayed at several places with high-end amenities in beautiful locations, but the staff went above and beyond our expectations. I forgot to mention, my partner and I got engaged here and they made the whole experience so romantic for us!

Unforgettable Stay and Absolute Perfection!
Our time at One&Only Palmilla was pure perfection. From the stunning ocean views to the exceptional service, every detail was flawless. A huge thank you to Cesar and Victor, our amazing hosts, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, cared for, and completely relaxed. The resort is paradise—lush, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Our room was elegant and serene, and the food was incredible at every meal. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a special experience. We can’t wait to return!

Thank You One&Only!
This was our 12th time staying at One&Only Palmilla. Our stay was for 10 days us to celebrate our anniversary. The views are amazing, the food is outstanding, the spa facility is relaxing, and you can always find your own little spot on the property, but what really separates this resort from others for us, is the staff. They go beyond your expectations to make sure you are enjoying yourself and having the experience you want. Their energy and care for you is amazing. Thank you!

This resort was all it was hyped up to be. The people and location could not be beat. That being said, the food & beverage cost is obscenely out of line with other 5 star resorts. On our first day we got there before check-in and went to the restaurant to grab breakfast. Before we got into the routine of converting from pesos to US dollars we were charged $37 each mimosa. And with this being our first time there it was a big shock! If you're planning on going be sure to talk to a host ahead of time to review actual menus with prices. Overall, we had a great week, this beach is the best in Cabo and chalk the food experience up to not asking enough questions ahead of time, but we will not be going back.

The One and Only for a reason
The best resort in Cabo San Lucas hands down. The service, the amenities, the food are top notch. The beauty of the resort can't be matched.
