This resort was amazing. The staff are so friendly and the location made it so easy to get around the island to different landmarks. We stayed on the 15th floor and had a view of the ocean on one side and the city on the other. It was beautiful. The resort was very clean. If you order from your app the Starbucks was so quick. It was always ready by the time I got down there from my room. MonkeyPod, the restaurant on site, had great food and a lovely view of the ocean. The poolside service was excellent and the food was great! We ate poolside lunch or snacks every day. Michael, who worked at the poolside restaurant, was so personable. He shared a list of local places to visit and eat. Everything we tried that he shared was awesome. Rick at the front desk was so nice and helpful. He remembered my name by the afternoon of the first day. I would highly recommend this resort!

Wonderful and blessed!
Our maid Mary was so courteous and very helpful! She was very helpful in getting us what we needed. Left our room so neat and clean! Loved the restaurants here!! Food was delicious!

Great place to stay!
The hotel staff was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever experienced. Jackie was our room host. She absolutely made sure our everything was perfect in our room and all our needs were met. She was a joy to talk to and exceptionally friendly.

Loved it!
Fantastic hotel! Absolutely loved that there were filtered, electrolyte water stations and a reusable water bottle in your room! The staff was so friendly especially our housekeeper, Mary. She always addressed us by name and was so friendly and kind!

Great ocean view suite in Waikiki
Beautiful suite. Modern well-located property. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool is crowded but you’ll always find a lounger. Gym is good for a hotel. Monkeypod was super average but the hotel restaurant and pool service are good. Nena from housekeeping was great.
