We decided to take a family vacation the week prior to the Hawaii marathon and the entire time we were treated like family. Every day seemed like a new day, Sonia was attentive and helped us with any questions. She was so sweet and friendly. Resort responded in a timely manner, valet parking staff was always so nice and greeted with smiles every day!!! I didn't wanna go back home. We give 10+ in my book!! Views from the hotel we're amazing too sunrise to sunset.

Perfect place to stay!
Incredible experience!! The hotel is very clean, great customer service, and right in the middle of all places to visit in Waikiki. Our housekeeper, Xue Cong, made the experience perfect by keep the room clean after days of play and answering all of our questions about the hotel. Thank you for a great experience!!!

Best Hotel in Waikiki
The Outrigger Reef is on the smaller side of hotels in Waikiki but it offers the most amazing experience. We will never stay in one of the giant mega hotels in Waikiki again. The staff at the Outrigger is extremely friendly and helpful. There is minimal resort walking to access all the amenities. If you've stayed in the mega hotels in Waikiki before you know what I mean, it can take you forever to get anywhere and the lines for almost everything are super long. The Outrigger has a nice saltwater pool and three different hot tubs. The Outrigger has two restaurants inside and is conveniently located to many other hotels on the main drag in Waikiki. I highly suggest before you arrive in Waikiki to download the Open Table app and make reservations for dinner every night otherwise you will not be eating at the most popular restaurants. The Outrigger is on the water but beach space is limited. You can walk either direction on the beach to access an abundant of beach access. The Outrigger is now our go to hotel in Waikiki. The rooms and decor have been updated in the last few years. You can get a good deal on this hotel through Costco Travel.

Great Experience
Great hotel with great service. The experience was great from the arrival and only made better with the amazing housekeeping staff (Divina was my housekeeper). The amenities and convenience of everything you need to enjoy your Hawaiian Vacation is at this hotel (from the poolside bar, to the MonkeyPod restaurant, and a hotel gym that is on steroids with it’s rowing machines, treadmills, cycling bikes, and weights). Five Stars!

Great property with a lot of style
I loved the stylish decor in the rooms. Very clean and comfortable room. Great artwork throughout the property.. I also loved the shopping options on property. The Voyager lounge was awesome. Frank (in lounge and Front Desk) was top notch! Hope to return soon
