This property has everything. The excellent beach access, central location and wonderful staff and facilities. There is no faulting anything - from the warmth of the staff to the hotel itself. Exceptionally clean rooms and little touches such as water and sunscreen stations make it a cut above. Will return!

Awesome location and property
Easy access to Hotel. Greeted by friendly, helpful valet and registration. Rooms were well appointed, clean, large, beds were very comfortable and bonus balcony with ocean view. Hotel is right on the beach with Hula Grill and Duke’s restaurants on property. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Beachside paradise
We love this hotel. 10/10 for us. Very hard to find a criticism. Large rooms, all balconies get an ocean view of sorts. Very comfortable king bed with lovely pillows. Large bathroom, great showers. Step out onto the beautiful beach, so convenient. It is very hard to get a pool lounge. Almost always draped in a towel with no one on sight. We would stay here again

Our favorite hotel!
Wow!! Where do I even start?? Our first trip to Hawaii, we stayed at Outrigger Waikiki. We did stay at their other property across the street, it was nice but something just kept telling us to come back here. We’ve stayed here just about every time we come to Hawaii. Everyone from the front desk, to housekeeping, valet and even the people working at Dukes and Hula Grill are beyond amazing! I booked a city view room and when we checked into our room, it was a partial ocean view!! Mikayla at front desk helped us out last year when we checked in and this year, she helped us again! She remembered us from last year! How cool is that! She is the true meaning of Ohana! Her personality and knowledge about the hotel is amazing. We feel like we could talk to her about anything and everything. We booked our vacation thru Costco. It came with vouchers for Dukes or Hula Grill and no resort fees! Dukes is amazing and the banana pancakes from Hula Grill is to die for! I could eat those everyday! We connected and had so many good conversations with workers from both restaurants. It was cool to find out so many workers were from the same area we were! Our room was pretty good. Is it old? It’s definitely not the most modern, but it does the job. It’s clean, bed is comfy and that’s all we ask for. The view is where it’s at! It’s right ON the beach, can’t ask for anything more than that! The showers come with full size shampoos, conditioners and body wash! AC was wonderful and strong. Elevators were pretty slow but we weren’t in a rush to go anywhere so it didn’t bother us too much. Valet workers were super friendly and professional! Took good care of the car and were quick to get it to us. We can’t wait to come back next year! We already know which hotel we’re staying at! 😁❤️ Thank you outrigger for an amazing stay!

Great Stay Again !
What can I say another great stay at the Outrigger ! Everyone was friendly as usual and the room was clean and fresh ! The location is what also makes it a special stay as you are on the beach and right in the middle of the shopping . Be back soon for another staycation !
