The room was great and quiet. We had a wonderful time and will be returning in October. We were there in April as well. Perfect service perfect room.

Great time in Waikiki .
This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. I love the location. So many good restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant’s at the hotel are great too. It is great to be able to walk out the back of the hotel and be right on Waikīkī beach. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We'll stay at the Outrigger again!
The common areas and our room were sparkling clean! Everything was provided in our room so we did not have to call housekeeping nor the front desk. All of the team members that we encountered were very friendly, well-groomed and helpful in answering our questions.

On weekends, very loud music throughout the afternoon until about 11pm. Loud music every night. This is on the ocean view side. Beach starts getting crowded around 6am. The elevators took forever to come and sometimes when they did come, they were full we waited at least 15 minutes for one and we were on the second floor. Staff was really friendly and housekeeping was great. I can’t say enough about the housekeeping.

What a great place!
What a great place! The location was excellent - right in the thick of it! - the staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was clean and very comfortable, and the food options covered all bases, including vegetarian (for my wife). Excellent!
