Amazing Experience
This was my second time visiting Palmaia and words cannot express how amazing this place is. The whole experience was mesmerizing and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will be back soon.

Wonderful resort
This place was amazing from start to finish. When we arrived we were given a tour of the grounds and taken to a restaurant on the beach while we waited for our rooms. We were introduced to our concierge who helped us throughout the trip with reservations and anything we needed. The resort, the beach, the pools, the rooms were all beautiful. The food was delicious and amazing. Even my picky kids loved the food. Me and my husband really loved the cocktails. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the classes and yoga and all they had to offer. It was saragassum season but the staff did a great job of clearing it away from the beach. There was only one day where the water wasn’t ideal to swim in so we spent the day at the pool. We will definitely be visiting here again.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Each and every staff was pleasant and helpful. The resort is beautiful and nature at irs beat. Exceptional yoga activities included. Olga the yoga teacher makes the activity so much enjoyable. Food was also delicious. However the best part is the service and the employees.

This Place is Magical! Take Me Back!!!
I have been to over 25 countries and have stayed in some of the most beautiful places and this is my top 3 favorite. I cannot say enough incredible things about this place. Most all-inclusive resorts, you’re having to compromise on the quality of everything. Food, service and the resort rooms in order to get a good deal for your stay. Not to mention activities that typically aren’t included. Not the ones worth going to anyway. THIS RESORT IS TOP TEIR in all of those areas. Every single restaurant, cafe, food truck, on the resort is included. Not just part of the menu but EVERYTHING as well as room service. And THE FOOD is so fresh and delicious. 90% of the food is prepared in house. They focus seasonal and healthy ingredients and resort food is mainly plant based but there are still animal protein choices for all of the meals and menus. I was planted based for 7 years but have been eating animal protein for the last two years so I can vouche that the food, plant based or not is fantastic. I also do not drink and appreciated that the drinks are non-alcoholic unless you ask for alcohol in it. They don’t use refined sugars, everything is naturally sweetened with agave, honey or pure syrup. THE SERVICE is out of this world. I went with my fiancé and a large group of our friends of different ranges. We were appointed a NOMADIC GUIDE, OSCAR, who was our point person for everything during our entire stay. Oscar was available and accessible whenever we needed him. He tended to everyone in our groups needs and there were 20 of us. Whether it was noting any food restrictions, making reservations, sending us daily schedules of the activities or simply checking in to see if we needed anything for the day and more. Oscar was a huge reason our stay was so smooth. Our couples treatment at THE ATLANTIS SPA was one of the highlights of our stay. ERIKA & GABRIELA were absolutely incredible. Our treatment started off with an outdoor ceremony that Erika facilitated. It was such a beautiful way for us to connect. We took this trip a couple weeks before our wedding and this part of the treatment felt like a mini wedding ceremony. It’s not intended to be that but it was so lovely and surprisingly made us emotional. And then we had our couples massage and WOW. Both my now husband and I said it was the best massages we’ve ever had. It was as if they were reading out minds. They were exceptional. We also got to experience the Temezcal hut before swimming in the private cenote in the property. They take very good care of it by making sure people cleanse the impurities off their skin and hair before entering. The spa treatments are not included but absolutely worth the additional cost. We loved having BREAKFAST AND LUNCH AT SU CASA. The view is stunning and the food was so good. Loved the pancakes, breakfast burrito, chi-ha and egg scramble. And for lunch the ceviche and guacamole and chips were soooo good. JUAN and SUSY were so attentive and accommodating. The service they provided and the conversations we had is also what made dining there so enjoyable. Great senses of humor, warm, welcome and easy to talk to. The tacos at the FOOD TRUCK are also a perfect choice for lunch. REYES was working the food truck when we were there and he was hilarious and awesome. We actually came close to the time they close, like annoyingly close to closing time because we had just arrived from our flight and starving and Su Casa wasn’t open for dinner yet and he had no problem whipping up a bunch of tacos for not only us but friends from our group that were lagging a little behind us. And he was happy to do it. The activities I participated in were Pranayama, Vinyasa Yoga, the Cacao ceremony and a private sound bath concert. Olga was the instructor for both Breathwork and yoga and she was great. I wish I remembered the names of the three angels who facilitated the cacao ceremony. The one who led was a lean woman with long dark hair. Another woman who sang and played guitar throughout the ceremony, her voice was so special. I was completely enchanted by her voice. I believe her name started with an M. And the gentlemen who played instruments also facilitated the sound bath concert was wonderful. We also utilized the plunge pools both hot and cold. Those felt really nice. FOR DINNER there are three restaurants to eat at. Lek, Ume and Mar De Olive. Unfortunately Lek left little to be desired. The staff seemed rather frazzled when our group who had separate reservations, one family and a couple couples, asked if a we could sit together. Maybe 12 of us or so and from that point on, it took an unacceptable amount of time for food to come out. And then orders were not correct or doubled and also this is the one restaurant where the food was ok. It wasn’t bad but waiting hours to eat and then your dinner is room temperature with little flavor. It was disappointing. No one from our group returned to Lek for the duration of our stay. On the other hand UME was AMAZING and Mar Del Sol was really yummy and filling. And JAMIE was great to us at Mar Del Sol. THE BEACH was perfection. The water is blue, clear and you can go super far out and the depth stays pretty shallow. The cabanas are so comfortable and well shaded. And there are fresh young coconuts daily, also included. That was my favorite. I love coconut water. OUR ROOM was stunning. We had a swim up room right off of the pool. A giant soaking tube AND oversized shower. Every single product in the room was non-toxic and they provide high quality bug repellent and aftersun care which came in handy because my husband burns like a lobster easily. This place is a dream. Nearly every staff member exudes gratitude and seems to really enjoy being on the resort and making peoples stay as positive and enjoyable as possible. I honestly cannot wait to go back. I felt so relaxed, at peace, well nourished and taken care of being of Palmaia. Couldn’t be more thankful that I got to experience the magic of this place. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

Absolutely Amazing!
I went to House of AiA with 3 girlfriends to celebrate our 50th birthdays. What an absolutely amazing experience! This place is just perfect. The food was great - favorites were LEK, Su Casa, the taco truck, and Plantissa. As great as the food was, the employees were even better. I should've written down more of our waiters names because they were all fantastic but each morning at Su Casa Luis or Juan took excellent care of us. Our nomadic guides, Karen and Esteban were extremely responsive. Anytime we asked a question, we'd have a response within minutes. We paid extra for the adult only building and it was completely worth it for us. The views were stunning, it was quiet, and room service was prompt anytime we needed anything. All of us took classes, 2 of us did the temazcal, and one had a massage. The spa has it's own cenote that you can use after your treatments. This is such a unique and special resort. I'm so grateful this is where we got to make so many special memories.
