    Mayapan - perfect sunset dinner

    Reviewing Mayapan - family group of 14. We had an amazing experience at Mayapan. Edgar crushed it with the service. Food and drinks were delish. Jesus made some flaming Mexican coffee. Everyone enjoyed the show. Would recommend this place and the great service

    Not a good experience with Paradise Village Hotel in Mexico

    Hotel rooms are old, quite long walking distance from the main building (restaurants & pools), shower water is so.... slow, fan is not working well, rooms need upgrade, like a 1 star hotel room. Service is good, food is not so great, mostly over cooked & dry. Beverages is ok. There is a Festival night when we stayed, is fun, buffet is ok but not so great, seafood is just some fish and small shrimps, not much. Activities is not so much choices, Golfing is great, only 2 court for Pickle Ball, 1 court for Tennis, bicycle is only large size, girls or kids cannot ride, so useless for us. Beach is great, lots of umbrellas & Chairs available, some surf boards is free to use, pool is small but ok. Staffs are friendly but English is not great. Hotel sell the Exclusion package is expensive, we went outside to the gate entrance to book the activities with substantially cheaper price. Hotel Room price for all inclusive package is quite expensive with only one star room hotel. We book this hotel because of my friend's recommendations good experience in few years ago however we are so disappointed for the whole experience. We will never go back to this hotel again.

    Great experience

    The Kabah Sushi Bar was great! Our waiter Alec took good care of us. The food was excellent and the view of the sunset divine.

    Excellent

    Edgar was amazing at serving us . The food was delicious . The lady playing the harp was so good . Very relaxing with a nice view of the sunset.
