We had a great time staying the Paradisus Grand Cana. The resort is very well designed. The food is outstanding for resort standards. A few shoutouts: Stephanie at Ginger bar was fantastic and very attentive Our concierge, Lisette, was attentive to our requests and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Overall, very happy with our stay at Paradisus

Jan 21, 2026Disappointing overall due to poor communication, limited amenities, and lack of organization
Here’s a balanced, fair-toned review that clearly lands on “would not recommend” without sounding harsh: We had an overall mixed experience and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this property. While the staff were polite, the lack of English-speaking support made communication difficult at times, especially when trying to make arrangements or ask questions. There is also no app or central system to manage bookings, which made planning inconvenient. We were unable to reserve restaurants for dinner in advance or coordinate dining times with other family members, which was frustrating and took away from the experience. The lobby and shared spaces felt underwhelming for a resort of this caliber, and there was no dedicated coffee bar, which was surprising. In addition, drink menus were not readily available, making it hard to know what was offered. Overall, while there were some positives, the lack of organization, amenities, and ease of communication made this stay disappointing, and we would choose a different property in the future.

The best

stay in Paradise
We were impressed from the moment the transportation whisked us away from the airport and then again while dropping us off for our return to the States and everywhere in between. Everyone was so nice and customer focused on service. Smiles were abundant during our stay. The staff will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as can be.
