room quality and staff are very good. but food options will be boring if you are expecting varieties, no Chinese, India, mediterranean options. No entertainment, beach will close at 5. no light in pool at night. If you are the kind of people whose life start after sunset, this is not the place for you.

Jan 18, 2026Perfect for young families; contemporary, clean, upscale, spacious
5 stars overall, a wonderful vacation. We travelled with two young children (5 years old and 10 months old) and highly recommend this resort, especially for parents with young families. So many thoughtful choices seem to have been made with regards to kids, recognizing that a 1 year old and a 5 year old and a 10 year old are all “kids” but each has different needs and interests. The kids club, water park, and FunRepublic all seemed to take these age differences into sincere consideration so that kids of all ages could have an enjoyable time. The resort is very modern and upscale, and noticeably clean (especially the common areas). Throughout our week, we noticed staff working discretely on lots of proactive maintenance and improvement efforts which isn’t always common at some all inclusives. Food, drink, and service quality either met or exceeded our expectations. Good enough variety and range at the buffet and the food was always high quality. The steakhouse and Dominican Restaurants were standouts, very enjoyable. Lots of different places to eat at if you took the time to explore. We spent quite a bit of time at the waterpark. Never an issue getting loungers and shade. Very convenient and family-friendly to have food, drinks, and snacks all self-contained within the literal fence of the waterpark. Christina and Carolina at the restaurant (but truly, the whole waterpark restaurant staff) were standouts. Always friendly and accommodating. And the lifeguards! At the water park specifically, but all pool areas in general, the quantity and friendliness of the lifeguards stood out to us. The lifeguard staff, just like most of the resort staff we encountered, struck a great balance to maintain everyone’s safety and security without being overbearing. As so many others have mentioned, the beach is wonderful and the shuttle to get there was never an issue. It ran all day long and we basically never waited more than 5 minutes. We’d love to go back!

Exceptional food and modern suites with a minor noise issue
My partner and I had a great stay in January 2026. The suites are modern, spacious, and very comfortable. We found the food to be exceptional and the beach shuttle was express and super efficient. We also appreciated that the hotel isn't too massive. The only downside was the room's sound insulation; we could hear neighbors talking and moving furniture, which was a bit of a problem when trying to sleep. Overall, it surpassed our expectations!
