    Very good

    The family concierge swim up suite was clean and spacious and conveniently located. Our room was always stocked with drinks and snacks and water. Food was just okay for the adults, the kids loved the ice cream bar, juice those sort of stuff. The buffet had lots of options, enough to satisfy all the 4 kids with us. If you want plainer things for nene you can ask them to make it for you. Lots of pool stuff to do for the kids, a big water park, and smaller baby ones and medium size one. There were activities happening in the lobby every day, but if you go at a bad time, the line could be long, like face painting, balloon making. We also attended two classes, one piñata decorating and one cookie decorating, those were fun and no wait since you book ahead. Service was pretty good with the family concierge, anything you need you just WhatsApp them. We had Emmanuel and he was amazing.

    Emmanuel is second to none!

    Emmanuel was very professional and helpful from the moment we met him to the moment we stepped out of the hotel. He was there with us in person or on WhatsApp answering our questions, sorting out our requests, and the experience was truly personal and wonderful. He took away a lot of our stress when traveling with young kids. Thanks Emmanuel!

    Wonderful stay

    We were in the family concierge area and were treated royally. Adrian, our concierge answered all questions quickly and made our stay smooth and easy. Facility was fantastic, staff all worked above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We travelled with 3 generations and all were very pleased. Adults could use either adult or family side which was a great bonus,
