Great resort but restaurants need improvements
We absolutely loved this resort last year and why we selected it again in November 2025. We stayed in the Reserve area this time where it was much quieter and has a private pool area, restaurant and access to the beach. Unfortunately the restaurants we ate at were very disappointing. Food quality has gone down. We ended up eating at the buffet to find something to eat that was acceptable. The staff is nice but not really friendly, except for a few people I’ll mention here: Our concierge Miriam at the Reserve area was the best! We had her working to change dinner reservations and she did it with a smile on her face!! Our waiter Renau at the Reserve restaurant Sante was fantastic! We requested his section every time we ate there. Food was great here. Viktor and the others in our hospitality area were very friendly and a pleasure to see their smiling faces. We enjoyed the Cleansing Ritual with Diego but sitting crossed leg on the ground for 45 minutes was a bit long for us older ones!🤣 30 minutes would be sufficient.

Beautiful resort with tons of family activities. Entertainment staff (Enrique and Eduardo) and concierge (Miguel) were super helpful and engaging making sure our kids were having a great time and taken care of.
