Everything was perfect! The employees were nice and polite. The food was good, and the pools and aquazone were fantastic for the kids… and adults! First time with Family concierge and it was amazing. Eduardo was so wonderful to us.

Great family trip!
This was our second time at Paradisus Riviera Maya and we’re so happy we chose to come back! The resort is so clean and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurants and the shows, it was just all around a wonderful trip! My kids loved the never ending supply of ice cream, Activities in the kids club and nightly shows. Special shout outs to Venecia, our concierge. She was ready to help us with anything we needed! She gave our kids sand toys and food for the fish and turtles. Socrates by the pool really made our trip! We’ve stayed at a lot of all inclusives and there is nothing worse than not being able to get drinks by the pool! He made sure the drinks were always flowing! He made all our pool days so relaxing getting us drinks, food, pool loungers, whatever we needed! Laura, Gaby and Jose at Celsius and of course Socrates made my birthday extra special with champagne and cake and sang to me at the pool! The entertainment team also deserves a special shout out. Jimena, Enrique. Eduardo and Jocelyn kept the party going both poolside and at night. My kids loved interacting with them they were full of nonstop energy! We loved everything about our stay here and can’t wait to go back!!

Really enjoyed our stay....everyone was super friendly from the check in to waiters/waitresses, pool attendants. I do wish morning coffee was available closer to my room so I wouldn't have to go to the main area for my first cup.

Personal amable y servicio excepcional!
Home from an amazing week at Paradisus LaPerla and I wandered into the kitchen this morning and no one was here to greet me with a warm smile and hot coffee. I will miss the amazing service from Ernesto, Carlos and Paloma at Restaurante Hadar. The food was wonderful and the service was top notch! Siempre agradecido por las caras amables y el excelente servicio.
