Excellent 5 ⭐ Jessica was great. Great service. Great conversation. Very attentive and friendly. You will be lucky to have her wait on you. She went above and beyond to make sure our group was having a great time. She allowed me to practice my rudimentary Spanish with her an was very patient with me. "Jessie" was amazing. I don't know what else to say except "muchas gracias" y "mucho gusto".

We had an amazing experience! We were at the reserve. Adrian our concierge was spectacular. He was attentive to our every need. He made our stay delightful! I give this resort five stars to everything the pool, foods, drinks, atmosphere and staff. We can’t wait to vacation at La perla again!

Beautiful Place
Eduardo and Paulino in the Family Concierge were very helpful, kind and accommodating! Martha, who was cooking the omelettes in the buffet, was very sweet! Raymundo at the pool bar was excellent! Dayan at the Sal hostess podium was also very kind! Emmanuel in the M Bar was superb! Ariel at Cappella was an excellent waiter! Fredrico made a lot of trips over to us at our swim up suite and he was patient and efficient! We had an unforgettable experience but these people made it extra special!

Great hotel with kids
We had a great stay at Paradisus Playa del Carmen – Riviera Maya, traveling with our two young children (18 months and 5 years old). The room was spacious and comfortably fit all of us, with a king bed, a twin-size rollaway, and a crib provided for our kids, which we really appreciated. The resort itself looks clean and well-maintained throughout, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We booked the concierge level, and it made a huge difference in our experience. Our personal concierge, Jorge, was fantastic—he introduced himself in person, brought welcome gifts for our children, and stayed in touch with us throughout the trip via text to help with dinner reservations and any changes we needed. Paulino, another concierge, also went above and beyond to assist us. Their service truly stood out. Housekeeping was also excellent. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, with fresh sheets daily. Every evening, a maid would stop by to ask if we needed a new set of towels, which was a thoughtful and helpful touch—especially with small kids. While the buffet was the biggest disappointment (limited options for a resort of this caliber), we were glad to have access to The Lunch Box for breakfast and lunch through our concierge package—it was a much better alternative. The Italian restaurant was our favorite among the dining options. Room service took a bit long but was decent overall. We felt the food could definitely use improvement across the board. The concierge pool area was great, and Manny the bartender made amazing drinks—definitely a highlight! The resort's water park was a hit with the kids and lots of fun, though we were disappointed that there were no drinks served there and food options were limited. The beach was clean and surprisingly clear of seaweed during our visit. Overall, it was a memorable trip for our family. The personalized concierge and attentive housekeeping service really made us feel taken care of, and despite some areas that could improve (mainly the food and buffet), we would consider returning—especially for a relaxing family getaway.

The room is a great size, the staff was pleasant. There are plenty of food options around the resort. The entertainment activities for the kids were great! This is the first vacation where my kids and especially my 3 year old did not want to leave. My kids loved, the pools, Waterpark and easy access to the beach.
