This was an amazing vacation. Grisey was an excellent server all week at the celsius bar. Service was prompt and readily available. I highly recommend staying in her section!

The atmosphere is nice and our room was nice. The food wasn’t very good except we had good food at the restaurant Tokimeku on our last evening. WE want to give Graciela, a consierge, a five star rating. She went above and beyond for us. The property is difficult to navigate without proper signage. I personally would not return here.

Clean, staff is responsive and helpful. Venecia in concierge was wonderful! We have been to a few family all inclusives in Cancun - and the staff and pools were so fun!

Paradises Playa del Carmen
Staff was the main concern here, very so so service at all restaurants, except buffet. Romantic dinner was like being in a scene from a "When animals attack" movie, getting on table and trying to steal our food while we were trying to eat, NOT ROMANTIC!!!

Exceptional Service, Immaculate Resort, Memorable Stay
We had a fantastic week at the resort, and what truly set this stay apart was the consistently exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how warm, attentive, and genuinely caring the staff were. The resort itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers thoughtful amenities that made our time here feel relaxing and effortless. A special mention goes to Team Shaira and Julio at Hadar, who made every breakfast feel like a treat. Their kindness, attentiveness, and welcoming energy created the perfect start to each day. We truly felt cared for. One of our favourite evenings was at Tokimaku, where Leonardo delivered an unforgettable teppanyaki show. His mix of talent, humour, and showmanship kept everyone engaged and laughing — easily one of the highlights of our trip. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful amenities, and impeccable cleanliness makes this resort a place we would gladly return to.
