    Great experience

    This hotel never disappoints! We went with family and friends and had a great time. The kids especially enjoyed the children’s pool and the Kids Club — they had so much fun! We spent most of our days relaxing by the pool, and the service was excellent, especially from Rachel. She was the best — friendly, attentive, and made our stay even more enjoyable!

    Our trip to Paradisus Playa del Carmen was absolutely elevated thanks to the incredible service from Gabriela and Garciela at the Celsius Bar. From the moment we arrived, they took care of every food and drink need with warmth, precision, and genuine hospitality. Their energy, attentiveness, and cheerful attitudes made us feel like VIPs every day. Whether it was a refreshing cocktail, a midday snack, or just a friendly check-in, they were always there — anticipating what we needed before we even asked. Gabriela and Garciela didn’t just serve us — they made our experience memorable, fun, and relaxing. Truly, they made the trip. We can’t thank them enough and hope Paradisus knows what gems they have in these two amazing women!     Amazing family vacation!

    Gabriela and Graciela at Celsius were wonderful all the days that we were at Paradisus Playa Del Carmen. They made our stay so relaxing and were great at keeping the drinks coming. The food was really good. They had great options for kids and adults. We can’t wait to return again!

    It’s good they give you some stuff. They’re nice when you get your food. They have a good service. I would say excellent for experience in the business. Well, not for the experience because they do excellent for the business. I’ll say it’s good.

    Cena restaurants Naos!

    Naos waiters were amazing, we loved Jose and Oswaldo!! They were winderfuk with the kids, wine is great and food was out of this world. Very clean and the best pina coladas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
