Amazing!!
Only the best vacation of my life. Staff here treated my family like family. Their care and interest in us made for incredible memories. Alam helped us with so many reservations and arrangements- it made things easy. Carlos and his entertainment team (Dana and Fernando) - well, can I just take them all home with me? I will be back - this was such a wonderful experience.

Great winter vacation!

Third time around - still wonderful
There’s a reason we keep coming back to Amelia in Punta Cana. The resort is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, the beach is second to none and the pool is great. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the food was elevated this year as well. The nightly entertainment is both family friendly and enjoyable for the adults. The bartenders are knowledgeable and take the time to get to know you throughout your trip if you hang around. Our concierge Christopher was once again top tier. From the warm welcome to troubleshooting a technical system issue that found us enjoying a hibachi dinner at another of the Melia resorts, he was the perfect mix of attentive and around and leaving us be to enjoy the sun. We said it last year, we’re saying it again - we’ll be back.

Great experience
Our stay was fantastic. Our concierge, Christopher, made sure all of our needs were met. He made reservations for us, showed us around the property and checked in with us regularly. He made our stay better than we could have imagined.
