This is my second visit to this property. What made this visit memorable was an employee named Carlos who worked at the Member's location in the lobby. He was the absolute best! He made my friends and I feel special and he anticipated what made our experience better. He was professional, informative friendly and just amazing. if you visit this property and have the pleasure of meeting Carlos, your experience will be heightened considerably.

Great place!
I very much enjoyed my stay here. I came during April so was not very busy. The food at the buffets are very good but I would suggest getting on the app at 4pm to make sure you can get a spot at the restaurants. All the bartenders took very good care, especially Jorge Sosa.

Great family spring break trip
First off shout out to Maria and Felix at the Veranda buffet. You were fantastic at saying hello to us everyday and serving us. All the bar tenders that made and served our drinks muchos gracias. Park Royal staff - you all work so hard at making our stay wonderful. The location of this resort is awesome and rooms were spacious and super comfortable! Food was great at all the restaurants especially Adiamo. We had no issues at booking the restaurants and as long as you head out early, you can guarantee you’ll get a spot at the beach and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean. Entertainment every night at the pool area. Shows were good but definitely need more space for a better experience for the entertainment. Our only hiccup was at check in but not the resort’s fault. Will definitely consider coming back to this resort!

Upon arrival we were asked to go for an chat and that a gift was going to be given. The hotel wants you to joint their chain. At check we were told there was no charge for a family member thatbwas added to the trip afterwards and at checkout we were being changed $ 150 at for that family member and demanded that we pay in cash. During our stay we kept being ask to meet we the hotel staff about joining their chain of hotels. Very unpleasant stay. No food varieties, also, my youngest is allergic to eggs, nuts and milk and hotel staff did not douch about it and went ask did not care to give me any other alternatives.

family vacation
Location is beautiful but that’s the only positive. They sell you discounted tickets however you must attend a timeshare presentation which they call a vacation club. They serve raw chicken, hair in the food, and found baby cockroaches in our room. Not a place we’ll stay in ever again.
