    Great Hotel in Fort Lauderdale Beach!

    Amazing location, atmosphere. Beautiful rooms, cleanliness and value. Wonderful service and amenities. I will recommend to clients and friends next time they come to Fort Lauderdale Beach!

    Overall fine, but room not thoroughly cleaned.

    The hotel overall was fine but the floors in the room were very dirty. Our feet were black within a short time. Also, there was gunk under the faucet taps in the bathroom. Mark, one of the staff, was very friendly and helpful. All around nice guy and made our experience better.

    Mixed experience (some great staff made the difference)

    We stayed 4 nights and had a mixed experience at the Pelican. Our check in was hectic, the room was not ready and the staff checking us was rude. Room service was usually missing basic items like coffee, milk, sugar, spoons and got the order wrong. On the brighter side, the beach staff especially John made our days (amazing human!) and the food served there was really good. Very polite and service oriented staff at the valet, especially Mark who treated us so kindly (thank you!) Overall we did not get the value or treatment we expected. We would not come back, and never thought we would reach this conclusion after choosing this hotel.

    Not the best experience here.. staff were GREAT, but everything was so overpriced and crappy quality.. places need to do better.
