Great service Mexican Dining at La Cucina – Planet Hollywood Cancun 🇲🇽
We were a group of 13 women celebrating a milestone birthday, and La Cucina delivered a night filled with flavor and festive spirit. Special thanks to Jose, the manager, who made sure we were all seated together at one large table.. no small feat for a group our size! Our server, Antonio, truly went above and beyond. From finding a candle for the birthday girl to capturing group photos and patiently accommodating our ever changing minds, he made us feel so well taken care of. His kindness made the evening even more special. The appetizers were absolutely delicious.. packed with bold, authentic flavors, and the tacos were a table favorite. A few of the fish entrées missed the mark, but the overall experience, hospitality, and vibrant energy more than made up for it. Huge appreciation to Antonio and Jose for making our celebration memorable. A perfect place for a group dinner with great Mexican food, excellent service, and all the good vibes.

Incredible craft cocktails
Cicilia at the specialty cocktail stand makes incredible drinks with infused liqueurs and it’s easily the best drinks out of all the bars, this little cart blew me away

I’ve been struggling with writing this review, as it’s not in my nature to be negative but when you pay a lot of money for your holiday you want it to be right. Rooms - these were perfect. Clean and impressive. Bottle of wine waiting nice touch. Clean beds and great shower. Food- Again fabulous. Sadly Poor Service. Even when tipped after every service. There seemed to be a problem with some British wanting to tip at the end of the holiday, which didn’t go down well with the waiters as you didn’t have the same server everyday. Drinks round the pool or beach- British were pretty much left to get their own. Americans given priority. Again due to tipping issues Entertainment- if you like bingo brilliant🙄 otherwise ok Don’t take the free bus to shops unless you want to go where they want you to go only. It’s a bus that takes tourist to selected stores with hiked up prices, apart from the little gift shop. Their prices are fair. Drinks- end of September. Drinks were watered down. We seen a difference by the end of the holiday Would I go Again. Not me but Hubby liked the different eateries and dealt better with the discrimination than I did. So let’s leave it up to you guys

Nando and Mar on entertainment team were so fun! Room was great and food was typical all inclusive type. Suggestion to revise the reservation dinner process bc we could only get 1 night of a restaurant and that was with going on the app by 12:10am when it opened at midnight. Other than that, it was great!
