I stayed at PH (Star Class) in June 2025. I'm late with this review as I had a lot of 'life' happen. To all my golf cart boys.... Dannyboy (Daniel) ❤️, Dee Dee (Django), Bobby, Dre (Andres), Jefe Kevin & Dominican Nelson. I miss you all so much! Thank you guys! You were excellent and should all receive big fat raises! To my personal agent, Yeilyn Morales, thank you! I couldn't have had a better agent! You are very nice, knowledgeable, informative and so kind! I hope you and your family are well! I had excellent experiences with the following employees: Deadpool (Freddy)?, Henry and Katherine at pool; Kevin at Lobby Bar; Joseph, Kenya, KARO L❤️, Randall, Anthony, Luis, Angie, Dylan at Tex Mex restaurant. I know I'm forgetting some of the employees names who were excellent! 🤦♀️ I highly recommend this resort! I really enjoyed the Steakhouse and Tex Mex restaurants! Amazing weekend loved the clean facilities and exceptional staff!
We had an incredible weekend at the hotel and didn't want to leave! The facilities were spotless, the food was delicious as always, but what really made our stay special was the staff. We want to extend a huge thank you to: - Yeilyn, our personal agent, for outstanding service - Yeraly at the pool, who was super nice and friendly, thank you 😊 - Javier at the pool, who added a fun vibe - Hillary at the Tex Mex restaurant, for being helpful and kind - Javier, the chef at the Japanese restaurant, for an amazing dining experience - Junior at the Steakhouse, for exceptional service Thank you all for making our vacation unforgettable! Great Family Getaway, nice outdoor activities!!
We spent a family vacation at Planet Hollywood with a large group ranging from little kids to grandparents, and overall it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and kept very clean. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Since the resort is on a hill, the golf carts running 24/7 were super convenient and we never had to wait long. We reserved a cabana by the pool on our first day, and it was perfect — plenty of shade, comfortable seating, and attentive service. The food had a good variety; breakfast had fresh fruit, omelets, pancakes, and local options too. Dinners at the restaurants were enjoyable every night. One of the highlights was the natural setting, the whole property was very green, and we even spotted wildlife like monkeys and tropical birds around the resort, which made it feel very special. Costa Rica is such a beautiful country! We booked several excursions with Gabriel from nomadtourscr and everything was well organized from start to finish. In one day we hiked through a national park, visited a stunning waterfall, swam in a crystal-clear river, and enjoyed a coffee and chocolate experience. Our guide, Willie, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we never felt rushed. We also arranged some water activities, ATV rides, and transfers through them, which made our trip even easier and more enjoyable. Overall, it was an amazing way to explore the country, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Costa Rica.

A must family trip
PH Costa Rica has been one of oír favourite family vacations. The staff is kind, thoughtful they get to know you since day one and Taylor your service making you feel special beyond words . Gaelle yoga’s classes are beyond this world and i had the opportunity to do a sound healing session that i recomend to anyone to experience if you get lucky is offered during your visit you will not be dissappointed. Angie during oír Breakfas as star class was a VIP service since day 1 made my boys feel like royalty … the entire staff at the star class pool is amazing and customer oriented … this is a must trip you will not regret … thanks to PH Costa Rica for such an amazing experience
