May 19, 2025It was an OK stay.
The hotel has some nice parts but our room smelled like mold. It was such a strong smell .. it gave me headaches. The rooms are just really outdated. My favorite thing about this hotel was the seafood restaurant.. it’s the one that looks like you’re inside a pool. The food was delicious and the service was great as well. The downstairs restaurant has buffet in the mornings for breakfast… I would not eat there again. Food was just not very good. Not sure I would stay here again.

May 18, 2025Excepcional staff and attentive service.
We really liked the service. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful specially Eliseo Cueto, Rogelio and two other staff members who unfortunately didn’t get their names. They did everything possible to ensure we had a pleasant vacation and we’re very thankful for that. We also liked the food, the pools and the facilities. The only thing we didn’t like and the reason we don’t gave it five stars was the superior single room where we stayed in, which was clean but needs some renovation, like installing soundproof doors and windows because the hotel is located in a very busy area where a lot of noise could be heard from very early morning.

Having stayed at Hotel Dona Susana we able to use the facilities at Playa Los Arcos. Much thanks to the amazing staff there. Firstly, Yolanda, who is more than the just an amazing concierge, she is part of our family. Thanks for everything, you're the best. A very special thank you to our friend Riccardo. As usual, your service at our special dinner went way above & beyond anything we expected. A big thank you to our servers Rogelio & Efron, great job guys. Enjoyed our stay

Wonderful family vacation
Location was incredible, close to everything. Hotel staff are so nice and accommodating. Always felt safe. Angelica always made sure our room was clean and comfortable! We used the spa, restaurants and laid on the beach in the lounge chairs provided. We would stay here again.

nice place
nice place, i slept well, buffet was great. right on the beach, location is perfect. pool is very well maintained, make sure to get the all inclusive. check in and out was no problems, friendly staff. beautiful view. a favorite stay for all ages.
