The resort is nice and safe, every one was extremely friendly and helpful. It is down the block from the beach, easy walk but there is a golf cart shuttle but it only runs on the hour. The pool area was nice, they have a section on the beach with chairs and umbrellas and they provide towels. The breakfast is good enough for something quick. Lots of restaurants that are easy to walk to from this location. For the price, it was just right!

We were glad to have chosen POC Resort. Pool area was nice with good happy hour activities. Beach area was nice with chairs, towels, and umbrellas on a beautiful beach. The walk was not far at all. Proximity to grocery store and dining areas was great so you don't need to rent a car. YouTube TV on Smart TVs was great. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast fresh offerings were marginal other than croissants which were good. Room layouts were good but bathroom venting was not great. Good tips on how to get to the resort from airport on the website. Opportunities for improvement: - Hospitality suite was a closet and bathroom converted into a hospitality room. Since its the first (waiting to check in) and probably last (late shower on departure day) exposure to the hotel, it doesn't leave you with a positive memory. - Rooms: Layout in the room was good. Enough space to feel comfortable. Beds were not that soft and pillows were not full enough. Bathroom needs better venting. - Bathroom water pressure was not great in toilets and showers, might need some maintenance. It worked okay but we were always concerned that the toilets wouldn't flush. We experienced this in two different rooms.

Great 9 Days on a beautiful Island.
Great location and value.Clean,friendly staff,nice pool.Beautiful beach.Breakfast was sufficient and helped cut costs.Appreciated that umbrellas and loungers were free of charge.Communication could have been a little better at check in regarding drinks at beach,restrooms at beach and wished golf cart transportation wasn’t at set time rather as a need basis.Would definitely return.

Excellent time!
Ports of Call is a great little resort. Friendly Staff and the rooms are clean. We never had any trouble on any day getting a seat at the pool, bar or beach chairs. The beach is about a 4 min walk from the resort. There are plenty of shopping options, grocery, restaurants all within walking distance of this resort. A car rental is not necessary unless you want to go further away. Keep in mind that you should negotiate with the taxi driver before you leave... they can be quite expensive. A nice little breakfast is included with your stay and we found it perfect for our family. Two adults, two teens. The gourmet grocery does take away meals, custom sandwiches etc every day... it's a very good option so you don't break the bank on meals. It is rather expensive to eat and drink in this area. Keep in mind, you can't buy booze at the grocery on Sunday. They have cooler bags for cheap, so you can easily take drinks to the beach. All in all we love this little resort and would definitely recommend it. We would return as guests ourselves. Grace Bay has the most incredible beaches I have seen to date. We did rent a car and drive all around the island. It felt safe and easy. We did not have any issues whatsoever on this trip. We had an odd smell in our first room and the staff gladly transferred us to a new room as soon as one was ready. Shout out to the bartender Watson who is a fountain of knowledge. He made our trip so enjoyable and we learned such much about Turks and Caicos from him that we killed it on trivia night... lol Thanks Watson, from your Newfoundland friends! We did an excursion on the catamaran with Ocean Vibes... 100% recommend. It was 10 out of 10 and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Coconut Bistro had excellent food as well! I didn't have a bad meal the whole trip, the restaurants and bars in the area are great. We didn't do without a thing.

Fantastic place to stay
Excellent location, great room, great pool area, good breakfast, short distance from the beach area with chairs and umbrellas. Everything you need for half the price of the hotels that are a little closer to the same beach. Don't hesitate to stay here for your T&C vacation.
