  Pool on Ocean side.

  Rolland has been there for all 16 yrs I have been going. He is there early & always working so hard. He maintains the pools on Ocean Suite side. Fabulous job. So conscientious!! Thanks to Jayze too they all are fabulous and why I keep coming back. Thank you!!!

  Second visit here, definitely not the last!

  Very clean resort. The staff treated treated us like royalty on daily basis. The resort is located within walking distance to shopping and dining. If there is anywhere you’d like to explore on the island, the staff are more than accommadating with suggestions. Ishra, William and Carlos at the Sole pool bar are so attentive. Food at the Fresco served by our own Santusha, Rosalba, and Lucy as well as the breakfast cook was perfection! Huge selection of breakfast food and dinners there over the top. Angie in management is wonderful. Caesar at the front with the big smile every time you enter the room. The view from our room overlooking the pool area and the ocean was spectacular. We did the all inclusive package with meals, drinks etc and would highly recommend! The value for the money is remarkable!

  Get ready for Bird Flu

  What an appalling and utterly gross experience, birds were eating out of ALL the ingredients behind the Egg/Omelette station at the Fresco pool side restaurant. I tried to advise staff and management to have them replace the various items only to watch them merely place lids on them and continue to serve the items to guests!! They even tried to keep me from taking a video of the situation which is even more disturbing.

  Aruba has my heart

  Beautiful, well-maintained hotel with warm and welcoming staff. We stayed on the adults-only side, but the pool was under renovation, so we used the Ocean Suites pool and beach. The beach was amazing, service excellent, and food delicious. Drinks were weak. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room, the view also included a parking lot and cruise ships, not quite what we expected. Housekeeping was fantastic, especially the nightly visits with towels, water, and chocolates. Unlimited access to Flamingo Island was a great perk. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back.

  A Hidden Gem of Genuine Relaxation

  If you’re looking for something more genuine and less showy than the north side of Aruba, this hotel is the perfect find. Located downtown near the cruise port, the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba stands out as a true gem in an area quietly holding its own against the glam of Eagle Beach. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, and the staff is some of the kindest and most welcoming I’ve ever encountered. The service here is truly next-level - friendly, warm, and always personal. The property offers both an adult and a family side, which makes it great for all travelers. There are several restaurants on site (plus a Starbucks), and you’re within walking distance of plenty of local spots for food and drinks. But the real star is the hotel’s private island. It is about 7 minutes away by boat and they run free boats every 15 minutes to this breathtaking getaway, complete with calm lagoons perfect for floating, snorkeling, or simply relaxing under the sun. There’s a restaurant, bar, and beach service, plus plenty of shaded areas and even private cabanas to rent in advance. The island has both adult and family sections, and if you have kids, the shallow lagoon makes it incredibly safe and fun for them. You’ll also spot flamingos, iguanas, and colorful fish throughout the day. We did the Wednesday night dinner on the beach under the stars, and it was unforgettable. A beautiful, peaceful experience that felt like something out of a dream. This was probably the most relaxed vacation we’ve ever had. We spent five full days on the island and never do that, but it felt amazing. Just note that this hotel is about a 15-minute, $15 cab ride from the busier northern resorts. But if you want something more authentic and serene, with amazing service, great food, and that one-of-a-kind private island, this is absolutely the place.
