    The most frustrating thing is living with dirty, alcoholic people, a lot of noise at night, we will never return, three

    Nothing to do with what this hotel was before, the remodeling is perhaps good, as far as family is concerned it is over, and a friend who lives in Cancun told me that it is a hotel for alcoholics. From 2016 to 2023, we enjoyed a beautiful environment, singing with live music, a healthier environment for our children, we will never go back.

    Yes I would!

    The hotel is amazing!!! It is spotless, the rooms have views of the ocean and all the pools there is so much variety in terms of food and drink. Now let's talk about the entertainment!!! There was so much to do from the white,neon,pink and jungle party to the shows in house. The staff are all pleasant and helpful, that really made a difference There is something for everyone. Will I go again? ABSOLUTELY 💯 Ohh big shout out to Daniela on reception for helping me out with my nails. Berto at Frida with the insightful conversations, Nehemias in the restaurant for always being helpful. Lastly who can foget Joseph Argueta for the entertainment, keeping us hyped and safe all at the same time. 💃🕺

    Resort was great. Food was just so-so.

    The 24/7 food is cold hot dogs & hamburgers. Messed over. All restaurants stop taking people 2 hours before they close.

    Had an amazing stay. Best hospitality I have ever experienced. Very polite staff. Serene clean beach access. Amazing restaurants and food spread. Fun parties. You just have to get pampered.
