No complaints at all, good variety of food, lots of activities or if you just want to relax. Close to the beach.

The resort was great (as always), Jalisco has charm, the food is good and very consistent. But, what makes the resort memorable is the staff, we have now visited enough times that we recognize many long term staff throughout the resort which adds to the family spirit for Riu Jalisco. Of special note is Esaul (Front Desk) and Jackie (Italian Restaurant). They both went above and beyond to make our family trip memorable. They should be commended for their efforts!!

I love this resort!!
I came to this resort for the 1st time April 2025 for my 30th birthday. One of the people I came with had been here before and had great things to say. I absolutely love the resort. Rooms were nice, resort grounds were gorgeous and clean. Bathrooms kept clean. Pools great. Food was amazing (my favourite was the Italian and Korean). Only thing I would say, was the breakfast and lunch buffet staff were not great. There were people who never got a waiter the entire meal. For us it took till we finished our food before she came over to ask if we wanted drinks/water. Other times they came to ask us what we wanted to drink but never ended up coming back with it. Otherwise amazing.

Great staff good property
This resort is good value. The property is beautiful, the staff is awesome, the food is good, the alcohol is not top quality and the rooms are a little outdated. Overall it’s a fun resort and good value

I loved RIU
I utterly enjoyed my stay at RIU Jalisco. I can’t wait to plan my next vacation with RIU. However I have one complaint. I experienced an ATV accident at El Eden. I asked one of the clerks working at the front desk for a first aid kit. She sent me to the Lifeguard. I could barely walk and suffered a contusion, hematoma and a femal hernia to my right thigh. I understand her plight but I should have been accommodated in a different way. It was very inconsiderate to send me that far away with an injury
