    I would stay here again, I had an amazing time and it was always something to do. The staff took the time to engage with us and some even learned our names

    Will be back

    Very pleasant experience from start to finish. The host stand was extremely polite and helpful and the staff in every part of the resort was very attentive. Will be back but this time, I'm staying at Reggae!

    Amazing stay

    The Riu Montego Bay was exceptionally clean, and the check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth. The staff was incredibly friendly and made my birthday feel truly special. The only minor inconvenience was the occasional Wi-Fi issues, but overall, I had no complaints. I would definitely stay there again!

    Worst vacation ever

    Absolute worst vacation I have ever had. We went there for my 50th birthday with my family and friends. I thought that it would be a fun place for an adults only vacation however I didn’t know what we were in for. Our room had a toilet that did not work from day 1 and we had to call several times to have it fixed. We were told that it was not a toilet issue until they brought a plumber in who actually smashed the toilet (literally smashed the toilet) while we were in the room getting ready for breakfast and told us it needed to be replaced. Thankfully, we had family staying in the same building and were able to use their bathroom and room to get ready. Management and staff did nothing about this to accommodate us. Another big issue was our minibar was not restocked and we had no water. When I realized it was not refilled I called that night to have it refilled, I was told that it could not be refilled that night and I would have to wait till the next day, therefore we had no water and we were not able to drink anything because the water from the sink because that water was not potable. You couldn’t get to the pool bar because the pool was always overly packed and people are acting like animals. People stayed in the pool all day and you noticed that they never even got out to go to the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting. Someone actually even vomited in the pool one day and they had to close the pool. During the trip, I got sick with a fever and have been sick ever since I got home and have been followed by a doctor. The place is clearly not clean and not well taken care of. I do feel that the staff there that serves the food and the wait staff we’re kind and worked very hard. Otherwise I don’t have anything nice to say about this resort and I wish I could get my money back because this vacation not only made me physically sick but was a waste of money.
