  Great Hotel and staff

  Stayed here for 5 Nights and must admit this was our favourite hotel of the Holiday. Great Hotel, really well laid out, great staff. The food was exceptional as with the other Hotels we stayed in (RIU Hotels seem to be very much alike in a lot of ways… same free mini bar, same restaurants, same water sports available, etc. what stood out with this Hotel is that they have a large area where all the party games, exercising, etc happens but they also have a pool set aside as a ‘quiet pool’ where you can lay back, relax and still hear music but in the distant if you want to. The Life Guards monitor it and pull ‘noisy’ guests up really quickly (hilarious to watch at times but very effective as not everybody likes listening to other people’s conversations). Beach is long and nice. Locals are allowed on the Beach so every now and then somebody will walk up and start playing an acoustic song, really nice but get the tips ready. Walking around the beach, you can also walk around the corner past a lot of local huts selling goods but prepare to get hassled a bit. One downside is a lack of lifts so you have to lug your cases up a few flights of stairs or get somebody to do it for you. All in all a really good hotel, could do with a Splashworld like the others but apart from they it had everything we wanted 👍

  Loved it!

  amazing trip, we had our family there all over 18 and were treated like royalty. Shaquille and Shadow were exceptional with hospitality and making sure that we did not miss any events. my kids loved beach volleyball and I took to the shows. A big "YA MON" to the entertainment team. they made us feel welcome and enjoyed every minute. the food was better than any resort I've been at, the rooms were cleaned every day, not every other but every day! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone considering an all inclusive, well done RIU. Say hi to Shadow for me when you get there!

  This is the easiest review ever. Hotel - Superb Food - Impeccable Staff - Amazingly competent Service - Faultless Customer service - Brilliant Holiday experience - Unforgettable Locals - Genuinely friendly,happy and helpful people Do not even read negative reviews,miserable people don't deserve places of paradise like this.

  Riu 2025

  My overall stay was excellent, the food was great, service excellent, all the activities 10/10. The only gripe I had during my stay was. I book through a travel agency and paid extra for the ocean view as per the website. Upon checking i was told by the clerk this room was a “partial ocean view” no where on the website was this mention, also it took the bellhop 4 hours to bring our bags to our rooms.

  Food

  The issues I had was that there wasn't any room service because the only food spot that served late night to early morning was very far from the room and the room was at the 3rd floor without any elevator plus we had to go back for our luggages after 2 hours because bellmen were limited and we needed some stuff from the luggages but the workers were nice and service was great especially the front desk and bartenders they were warm and inviting. A big shout out to the house keepers as wells for keep the room clean and smelling nice. I would come back.
