Jul 04, 2025Jamaica 3 Night 4 Day all inclusive Resort
This all inclusive resort was a great stay in Jamaica. The service was great and the staff were wonderful. The Michael Jackson performance was fantastic! My only complaint was that I expected more from the specialty restaurants. The food there at these restaurants was just okay at best. I enjoyef my meal at Krystal's but I was just somewhat satisfied with my meals at Napoli Italian and the Steakhouse. The on property water slides and pools were great! I also liked the beach but wear your water shoes, because the beach has some rocks out there that will have you in pain. Try to book a Saturday overnight stay so that you can experience the white party which I unfortunately missed. You have to go off resort to experience the Jamaican culture and food but this waa a nice and clean resort.

Entertainment staff and our housekeeper were amazing. Love the adult pool idea. The schedule of fun things to do should broaden a little more. Music should be playing all day….even a karoke machine or a juke box.

Birthday celebration of my girls

Nice Accommodations and the Staff is Excellent!
The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff from the front desk to the beach were all friendly and accommodating. I was there celebrating an aunts birthday milestone and they treated her like a queen! Much appreciated!

Best 40th Birthday Celebration!
Where do I even begin!? My family of 11 came here June 19th-25th to celebrate my 40th Birthday. When we first checked in, they gave us a double room with no pullout couch. If you haven’t stayed here before, I will warn you that the double rooms aren’t the standard queen size beds we are all used to when coming from the states. These are long twin size beds. Imagine my 2 children sharing a twin and my husband and I both mid size folks on a TWIN. At home we have a king lol so it was def a sleepless night that first night. However, Dale, at front desk gave us a room change as requested to a king with a pull out the very next day by 3pm. The pull out couch is a true full Zoe sturdy bed that my kids enjoyed. Then there was a bit of a challenge with making reservations for 11 people at the restaurants but with the RIU app and with Dales help once again, helping me navigate making group reservations, all was good in the end. Thankfully, we were fortunate enough to experience all the restaurants except for one which was the Krystal as it’s mostly seafood focused and many people in our family don’t eat seafood. Anyways, the service is top notch. The grounds are pristine. The rooms are clean and updated. This is a brand new resort. However, I was disappointed to see tiny elevators for such a big resort. As a New Yorker and as a chef, the food was SO GOOD! I am already missing it BIG TIME. The food at the buffet was unreal. Each day it got better and better for lunch and the Jerk Chicken at Pepe’s Grill was to die for. Def miss it. Jodi at Cappuchino was my girl who hooked my sister up with the most delicious iced Cappuccinos every day for our mid-day pick me up and some warm cinnamon rolls. Shaniah at the Spa gave me the most insatiable Aromatherapy massage along with Ms. English who was the masseuse for my sister and she too, thoroughly enjoyed the massage. Jamaica treats you like family right away. The soul is just different in this island. Rujay became a friend right away from the first show of the night and we are keeping in touch still thanx to social media. The entertainment crew put SO much effort into their production shows. We absolutely loved it each night. Chantol was the best servicing us with the most delicious drinks on the beach even creating a cocktail for my family and I with Coconut Cream, Pineapple Juice,splash of orange and Grenadin after a few rounds we called it the “Chantol” drink! Hernando, Kernine, Evadne were all exceptional at the buffet.
