My boyfriend and I stayed 9 nights 10 days April 15-24th, and had an overall lovely experience at the hotel. The theme parties are very fun, and are a big attraction at the RIU resorts. Although some of the staff seemed to be overworked, Kevin at the front desk was phenomenal at check in, and our waiter Aldo at breakfast every morning was FANTASTIC! I would suggest this hotel to those looking for a fun getaway, and I am sure in the future we ourselves will go back! Pro tip, even if you’re not a fan of seafood, check out the seafood restaurant, they had a delightful braised beef that my mouth is still watering for!!!

Love how clean Riu Palace keeps their properties. We've always found the food to be above average for an All Inclusive resort. Would like to suggest having a rinse off "shower" closer to the beach walkway.

Lovely Staff
Loved my first time here. Beautiful palace, venue, and staff always went above and beyond. Shoutout to Fernando and Alejandro, the staff who worked the events at the Rui Baja, they were excellent, friendly, attentive, and made the experience a 10/10. My friendships and conversations with them both were a highlight of my trip. I would go back just for the hospitality I experienced from the lovely staff here at the Riu Palace Baja.

Shoutout to Fernando!
We spent a week here for a friends 40th birthday. The resort exceeded our expectations. The food and drinks were delicious. The resort is well laid out and everything is easy to walk to. The staff were all amazing!! I highly recommend Fernando the bartender at the gold bar on site. He is the absolute best!! Very friendly, such a hard worker and a great mixologist !!Tangaray and soda nfl! 😂👏☀️

Very nice rooms. Great service. Nice staff.one complaint is should have told me you will lock me out of room if I wasn't out right at 12 :o'clock!! Good food.
