    Riu Baja California higly recommende

    The hotel is in a great location, the service is very good and the parties are awesome, the only problem is the customer service manager named Cesar, he is a very rude and very disrespectful. I don’t understand why a great company like Riu allow this person to work there, all ohe Riu employees are trying to give a great experience but this guy is a shame for Riu

    Great Experience

    Every thing was great! Loved the view, the staff, and the location. The room could use some updated furniture but it was clean, and well stocked. The staff was super responsive to everything we needed.

    Just okay

    The location is awesome but there service not so much. I had to wait over an hour everytime for towels. Had a leak from the sink which lead to water bring all over the floor. Sheets were dirty. Just wasn't the best!!

    Great hotel

    Everything from the check in to the food and drink were fantastic, our room was wonderful and the view was fantastic! The staff was very helpful from the pool to the restaurants!

    nice place

    we went in the off season-september- it was great-no crowded pools-bars-restaurants-resort was clean-staff was exceptional-very friendly and helpful-they really were great-only thing i would say is the pools need some work-they are fine-but they do need some repair-not a big deal at this time though-we will be back
