Honestly the best bang for your buck. And incredible food everywhere. Great environment. Everybody on the service and maintenance side of things was always happy, making for an enjoyable environment. Service was great. Everything was always very clean. Always something to do. Never boring. 10/10 Trip.

Started out well but went downhill very quickly. Service here is lousy. Rooms are very noisy with paper thin walls forget trying to get a good night's sleep. Simple requests for an extra key is denied. You ask for a bellman and he never shows up or anything from housekeeping. Safes don't work and I believe they limit liability to like a few bucks lol. I asked about late checkout and they laughed in my fave. Waiters are pissed off and won't serve you drinks. Once you check out you are treated like trash can't access anything where other resorts will treat you like a value guest. Bugs and trash everywhere. Dirty pools. You pay for what you get here. I was thinking to come back but never again after such lousy treatment.

Do not book hotel! This hotel let a stranger into our room (1 in the morning) and the hotel tried to bribe us with free Tequila. Their “apology” was insulting, and it is obvious they don’t prioritize guest safety. Skip this place and stay somewhere else.

Great stay and amazing staff
The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The wait staff and front desk always greeted us with a smile. The food was very delicious and had a huge selection. We have a family of 6 and they were able to get us 2 joining rooms.

Wedding
We had a great time again! Staff was very kind. My only comment is that the sand needs to be put back up to the concrete so it is good to get on the beach. Sandbags are there but it’s not like it used to be when you could just step off into the sand.
