First time to this all inclusive resort. Can’t say enough about the entire experience. Room was great, a/c worked well. The housekeeping was spot on. I loved the app that allows you to request a refill of the mini bar anytime. So awesome. Food was excellent as well. I’m amazed at how they prepare so much good food everyday. Pools were clean and clear. Just a great stay all around.

Honeymoon vacation
Had an amazing time, service was wonderful, food and drinks were excellent. Everyone was so friendly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends ♥️

Front desk staff are exceptional! Very friendly. Check in was a breeze. Bellman are all great and speak English well! Resort is beautiful with plenty of activities. Room was perfect! I had a partial ocean view. Room was very clean and neat with everything I needed. Bed and pillows was most comfortable!!!! Air conditioning was spot on and room stayed plenty cool. Bathroom was nice. Shower had plenty of water pressure although two nights I had min hot water and took a cool shower at best. Towels and washcloths are good quality! TV has random channels with different languages. Only two were English speaking and weren’t the best channels. No guide is provided for what is what. One should be provided as to what channel is what and what language. Restaurants are all nice, well staffed and clean but the food is fair. The sports bat is the only place I found was lacking. The one employee I encountered was not the best. She never asked if anyone wanted or needed anything. It’s self serve food you can take with you. Sandwiches aren’t really any good. I only saw turkey sandwich, Turkey wraps or Turkey croissant OR you could fix nachos or a hot dog. The pools are all fabulous!!!! Pool bar is busy but great service and drinks. Beach is absolutely beautiful and there is no skimping on finding a chair beach or poolside! Overall I had a great time. Most everyone is friendly and attentive. Price was perfect for the week I spent there.

Great vacation
This hotel was perfect for the vacation we wanted. It is clean, in good condition, has great beach access and good food, with several different restaurants. The staff also helped to make this a perfect vacation. The restaurant staff and bartenders do what they can to make your stay enjoyable. By the time we left, they knew what we wanted to drink and sometimes even had it ready for us. We paid a little extra for an ocean view room and it was definitely worth it. There was nothing that needed attention. i noticed the manager walking around the hotel often and he was always smiling and greeting the guests. That makes for a friendly staff and a fun vacation. Looking forward to returning soon.

My only complaints regarding this resort was the 4 swimming pools were disgustingly dirty. In a week I never saw anyone cleaning them. During a water exercise class a woman lifted a handful of long black hair to put on the edge of the pool. Theses pools need to be vacumned daily. Some of the foods are not marked correctly on the buffet. Be aware.. the guacamole was so runny and no taste as the fresh watered down juices. The menu for the buffet was on display daily but never correct.. we looked forward to some of the mentioned advertised dishes, however disappointed they were not on the buffet..
