    Enjoyed our 1st stay at Royal Hideaway

    would have liked to seen more fans during the hot August but overall we enjoyed the stay and hope to come back.

    We passed 8 nights in this amazing hotel. Everything was so perfect in all details. 5 really good restaurants, great staff and very good located. I recommend to everyone

    Great place, great staff, great memories!

    Great stay, as always. This year we were lucky with our concierge Sucel who made our vacations as easy and enjoyable as possible! Excellent service by pool waiters, especially Jorge Ramirez and Alexis Campos - you guys are the best! Fantastic staff at all restaurants, starting with all hostesses and all waiters, with one number one: Angel Brito - all should learn from him how to elevate service to the highest level. Room always perfectly clean! Good entertainment team, just please lower little bit the music in the afternoons and select it more carefully (chupam…… toda vampiresa isn’t the best choice, neither are two hours of reggaeton or rock). Ambient music will do the job. Friendly and professional receptionists, especially Cesar, and the bellboy Juan.

    30th Anniversary Trip

    Highly recommend this resort. Service, property, food was excellent. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Could see some age within the rooms, but overall was a great experience. My wife and I would definitely recommend for any special occasion. The concierge service was great and provide special treatment with champagne in our room. The pool deck service was phenomenal. Ask for Javier to be your server.
