    The staff is absolutely fantastic. They are knowledgeable and extremely professional. The property is very well maintained, spacious rooms and many amenities to fulfill your stay.

    I had fun 🤩

    It was great and everyone it’s so nice..beach is clean and the water is calm. Food is good the only down side is that microwave is not provided in the rooms.

    The BEST place to be

    I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel!!! The customer service was amazing/ the alcohol was great . The food was just ok though. I want to shout out Miguel . He works at the swim up bar in the pool area!!!! He is absolutely amazing. He has such a great attitude and wonderful demeanor. He really made us feel like this hotel wanted us to enjoy ourselves. The hotel has a great location and extremely walkable to near by restaurants and bars and stores

    Another great stay

    This was my 7th or 8th stay at this hotel over the last 15 years and as always it was excellent. We love everything about this spot, great pool, food , rooms, lobby and the staff is the best. Shout out to the pool area in particular, it’s outstanding. When I go to the Caribbean I’m normally a beach guy, but this pool is so nice we spend most of our time there. It’s a short walk to different places to eat if you choose to venture out. Everybody who works here is pleasant, professional, and goes out of their way to make sure you’re having a good stay. We love the club rooms along the pool and booked one again for this January. We are Sonesta platinum members mainly because of how much we enjoy this hotel. I love seeing some of the same staff over the years that remember you when you arrive. And as a bonus, it’s like a five minute drive from the airport and you’re at your hotel, beats an hour drive after an hour in customs or something like for other destinations when you’re traveling from the US.

    Great resort, wonderful helpful staff and fantastic choice to stay

    This is a very nice resort and the staff are excellent. There is always someone around if you need something. People at the beach asking you if you need food or drink, people to put up umbrellas and chairs for you on the beach, staff opening doors when you come in or go out. The rooms were clean, nice and the shower is big enough for 2 people to use (haha). Concierge was helpful. Big machine with warm fresh beach towels. The food at the restaurants was very good and if you want to walk outside the resort to get something else, there are plenty of choices. I really have nothing to complain about. The Royal Sonesta is an excellent choice.
