Amazing resort! Beautiful beach and great activities. Rooms are perfect, and the cleaning service is great. The service was excellent and the amenities are top notch. Brandon and Coco are amazing butlers and we loved every second of our stay!

Easy family friendly vacation
Was great traveling with family. Easy place for kids to access, many family friendly corners to play in. Great kiddy pool and beautiful beach Traveled with a 3yo toddler who had a great time

A week in paradise
Truly one of the best vacations I had, the resort is beautiful with tons of things to do, what made it really special was the butler service we had Coco and Brandon who were fantastic they helped tremendously throughout our stay. Both Brandon and Coco were so friendly and honestly just vibes. We even offered for Brandon to come out with us after his shift one night and he was all for it. Truly the most friendly service I have ever gotten. What made the trip extremely special was Chef Almonte, my family and I can only eat Halal food and chef Almonte took the time of his busy schedule to meet with us the first day and discuss our dietary needs he was so accommodating (he went to the local market to get halal meet specifically for us) and prepared our dinners for the entire week while constantly each night finding out where we were eating and giving us special halal items off menu that he would make himself he truly made our trip. The food was extraordinary. I will 1000% be coming back because of him specifically.

So disappointing, very unfriendly staff, poor service. Would never go back there again. A waste of money. Worst Royalton hotel hotel we have ever stayed in.

We were excited to be here even though I read quite a few reviews I had an open mind, sorry to say the reviews did not lie, being we were in the Caribbean I expected more from the food, it was awful & cold no seasoning at all, the ladies that greeted us in the office were rude, leaky sinks, wall light ducked taped stayed on all night, maintenance tried to come spray for bugs while we were in our room, jacuzzi’s by the pools were cold, none of the pool’s& sauna were working in the spa area, my friends bungalow air conditioning went out for 2 days mind you she paid $10,000 + & she had to say something no one came to address the situation, sadly we left the resort to eat, had some of the best jerk chicken in town. The on good thing I can say is our Butler Zo was amazing, this guy was on it, very pleasant, no problem getting whatever we requested, the young lady the took over after his shift never saw her, didn’t answer text, the best part of the trip was our private catamaran cruise. I must say thank you to the general manager who made up for our friend’s mishap in her bungalow, with the culinary experience, the redo birthday dinner, mixologist that made us drinks, the daily cabanas he gave us, you really tried to make it up to us for that we appreciate you. The grounds are beautiful I think the rooms need some attention, some of the workers can use some customer service training. When people are spending their hard earned $$$$ We expect a class act treatment. Royalton when you know better you do Better!
