Chevanese Bygrave is the best pool bar attendant. Always has a smile and gets your drinks even when you haven’t asked! Makes your holiday a pleasure. A credit to royalton blue waters Jamaica!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chevanese Bygrave is honestly the best server around the pool. Constantly bringing drinks to keep you hydrated, even when you haven’t asked for them!! Lovely girl and a credit to RBW Jamaica!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From the moment we arrived, I felt very welcome. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. Our room was beautifully spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a restful night's sleep. The amenities were well-maintained, and the food was delicious. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Zaria Vibes Team, Monique (restaurant), the chef, and his server at the Japanese restaurant. The server took the time to serenade us when my husband stated that we were newlyweds. Tamika Palmer (Pool bar) also went above and beyond. She celebrated our newlywed with us by using her talented skills and ability to serve us champagne that was well decorated with the art of two love birds designed from towels. Akeem) Italian Restaurant) Tyrone Beach attendant captured every Kodak moment for us while we were on the beach. Sheena and Herman housekeeping). Sheena (housekeeping) ensures that our room is immaculate; she uses her creative mind and skill to design our beds daily. She even covers it with roses and imprints long and lasting love. The spa was excellent, and the team and everyone were professional and kindhearted. Big thank you to our massage team; they did great with the couple's facial and massage. We felt pampered and appreciated, and I would return to this hotel because the staff provided professional service that met or exceeded guest expectations, fostering a positive and memorable experience.!!

Travis from the fitness groyp was so excellent !!! My husband and I went to water workouts everyday just for him!! What a beautiful beautiful experience ! We had so much fun , we laughed and just felt like kids and Almost forgot that we were working out !
