May 03, 2025A gem of a hotel in the Caribbean Sea, would definitely recommend!
We loved our stay at this adults only resort with an amazing beach front location & spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea with lush palm trees - the perfect little getaway! The owners are very friendly and welcoming, as was every staff person we encountered. The mail pool was a great spot to soak and enjoy the setting. We also loved our time on the beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. We wish we could have had a little more time for the beach & pool, but mother nature had other plans with an unusual amount of rain for this time of year.

Classic beach club and hotel that truly stands out.
Standout is the service and staff. They made us feel like VIPs and I observed the same treatment to the other guests, too. The property is clean and tastefully done with a beachfront nothing short of paradise. The overall vibe of the hotel and the bar/restaurant is Mediterranean meets Caribbean. The food in the restaurant was delicious with quick turnaround. The entire staff were great, but I have to give a special shout out to the owners for their classy hospitality and to Eric (our frequent server on the beach) for his friendly, excellent service. We plan to make this a regular vacation spot going forward and we are already planning our next trip.

The Beach is beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Came with my husband and had a great relaxing vacation. The snorkeling was amazing, and the fishing was awesome as well. He was able to fish right off the beach further down and snorkeled every day.

Amazing Stay and Resort
My family and I recently stayed in the Dolphin Villa in March 2025. The time at SandCastle and in Frederiksted was nothing short of amazing. SandCastle has created a truly special place. From the morning snorkels, to the afternoon lunches moving into beach cocktails and then sunsets...all a wonderful experience. We cooked a few nights and found the kitchen very well suited and the beds are super comfortable. Top notch resort! You can tell the owners do not miss one detail.

Above and Beyond Expectations
My review for Sand Castle is off the charts. I can't say enough good things about the place and, especially, the people. The staff go above and beyond in their care and kindness. Everyone greets you with a true "Good morning" (or whichever time of day it may be). They are knowledgable and kind and always have time to engage in conversation. The facility, itself, is fantastic. Perfect location on the beach, facing west to see the always beautiful sunsets. Plenty of space around the pools and on the beach. Isolated enough to be quiet but you don't feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant has wonderful food and the best drinks mixed by the best bartenders. If you can't choose, they will make you one of their specialties and it will be wonderful. The room was very large with plenty of space. I got one with a kitchen and that sure came in handy. I have been recommending Sand Castle on the Beach to my friends and I plan to return in the future.
