    This elegantly casual restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and offers a delectable menu focused on the freshest seafood, grilled steak and sushi. Along with interior dining there is a sit up sushi bar. as well as casual lounge seating under the shade of umbrellas along the "sunset" deck.

    A sophisticated fine dining restaurant featuring a delicious internationally focused menu served in an intimate, romantic setting with stunning ocean views. The décor exudes the name itself and features rich blues with gold accents inspired by the deep blue and
    gold of the evening sea and sky. Private dining options available in the tiffany lit gazebo or under the stars on the deck. Open for dinner only. Strict dress code applies.
  • Chef’s Tasting Room
    The ultimate pop-up dining experience. A custom 5 course tasting menu designed by our Executive Chef,  paired with a delicious selection of wines and served in an intimate setting. Limited seating is available and reservations required. Supplement applicable.

    Four bars serving premium drinks including sparkling wine and cocktails. Daily rum and wine tasting in the "Speak Easy” spirits cave.
  • Mahogany Lounge
    This beautiful new restaurant offers beach chic décor and celebrates the majestic mahogany trees that were once on the site; by incorporating them into the design of the furniture and accessories we pay homage to their beauty.

    Enjoy the creative menu featuring Bajan and Caribbean cuisine with a modern international flair. Buffet selections for breakfast and lunch and a mixture of a la carte and buffet options for dinner; open air seating and a trendy beach side bar complete this beautiful restaurant.

    Located just off the beach and adjacent to the family pool this relaxed restaurant offers barefoot beach side dining in a colourful fun atmosphere and a variety of choices hot off  the grill: made to order pizzas, pastas and tasty salads and a wide selection of tropical cocktails. Open for lunch and dinner.
  • The Rum Shop Café
    Enjoy homemade Bajan pastries . "Bajan cutters" (filled  rolls) and sweet treats along with a variety of fresh local juices, delicious smoothies and healthy shakes. ice cream. Bajan Rum Punch, ice cold local Banks beer and customised rum infused gourmet coffees.
