We had a GREAT time! The staff was EXCELLENTE! As soon as we stepped off of the shuttle, we were met with Sanitizer and drinks! The rooms were cleaned twice per day, endless top shelf drinks kept flowing, food was soooooo delicious, especially the Tomohawk steak (extra charge, we didn't care). Julia made sure we were comfortable in every restaurant. Every room had a personal concierge, Angelo, visited us everyday to make sure we knew the activities, or scheduled our reservations for dinner etc. AquaSpin, AquaZumba, water aerobics were all fun with Ely & Angel. Poolside food was delicious, none of that "continental" aftertaste stuff. The servers kept walking around offering food & drinks. Elizabeth taught hubby the merengue which was hilarious. There were many destination weddings there. Theater performances @ 9pm, lobby parties with live band @10pm, DJ @ midnight. They even had sound therapy on the beach. ALL FUN! We met people from all over the world and we all danced together, played pool, worked out, swam, ate, and enjoyed good conversations. Beyonce helped us make jewelry and paint on the beach. Yary kept us dancing all night long, she can DANCE!!! Pool tables everywhere (we sucked). Angelo, Pilier, and #5319 concierge ( sorry, I forgot his name) were all very helpful! The spa was EVERYTHING! We purchased the package so we had full use of hydrotherapy for our entire stay! What a great value! Even though it's all inclusive, we tipped everywhere because the service was AWESOME!!!

Secrets Resort
You will not be disappointed with this resort. I will not go to another resort unless it is within the secrets family. The service here is out of the world every single staff member will ensure you have the best time of your life. Already looking to book our next vacation to another one of their resorts.

More than we could have asked for and expected!
This resort exceed all expectations! They have the BEST staff we have experienced in quite sometime. All were cheerful and had an excellent understanding of what hospitality requires! The resort was well maintained and was not lacking in any area that we explored. We had a fabulous butler “Matiel” that provided the most exceptional service. He booked spa appointments, dinner reservations, provided a float for our swim out pool, and so much more. I feel like I just met an old friend I hadn’t seen in a while. Olga was our daily beach attendant/server. She was such a pleasure to talk with as she always had a cheerful disposition. She provided top notch service! Honestly, I can’t think of anything this resort needs to improve. Secrets Cap Cana, thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

Beautiful Resort
The resort was very nice and beautiful. Room was comfortable. We did not have preferred club. The beach had nice, soft sand and clear water. The water activities of hobe craft and kayaks were fun to use. Plenty of chairs by pool and beach, get the best ones by 9:30. Manuel was fantastic, personable and friendly in the swim up bar area. The activity people were fun, not pushy and have fun activities. We did a “booze cruise” and I don’t know which company as I didn’t book it. Just vet any activities you book. Part of it was the seaquarium- such mistreat of animals. Living in very small spaces, so sad. Once you leave the clean and Beautiful resort you will find the country over run with trash- including the waters.

Resort of your dreams
This is the best resort we have ever been to. The hotel, beach, and amenities are absolutely beautiful and they look even better than the photos. The staff are all so lovely and happy, and really make sure you have an incredible holiday. We particularly loved Eliman (in Bordeaux), Jose (on the omelette station) and Beyonce (in Entertainment). On a personal level they were just so lovely and made an effort to recognise us each time we saw them. We would come back just to say hi!
