Amazing staff and service!
Absolutely amazing experience with the most attentive staff and entertainers! We had the best times with Delmar, Axel, Miguel and Frankie, whom all gave the most entertaining, fun moments throughout our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed all the laughs and smiles with this team and appreciate everything they did to make our trip one to remember! The food at the resort was delicious and you can tell a lot of thought went into every plate. Himitsu was our favorite restaurant was hands down the best service and delicious sushi!

Great Dinner at Portofino
Christian at Portofino was amazing. He was attentive to all of our needs. The food was absolutely amazing. He made great suggestions. If you are at Secrets this is a must.

Really good hotel that still has some room for improvements. The staff was always friendly and helpful but I must say that Narciso made a big difference in our experience as he was always attentive on our needs and working very proactively. About the improvement, I will recommend that you can take uber inside the hotel! I was shocking to learn that you have to walk outside with your luggage to be picked. Also I would recommend an online reservation system for the restaurants.

20th Anniversary Trip
This hotel is as luxurious as we could have imagined for our 20th anniversary! From the hotel grounds to the amenities to the unbelievably caring and generous staff, we enjoyed every moment immensely and felt so grateful for our time there!
