Jun 29, 2025Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana is Excellente!
The resort is first class. We were most impressed with the staff. They are the friendliest and hardest working people I have ever encountered. Special thanks to Maria Cordero who didn't just bring us drinks in the evening at the music shows but also went the extra mile to do little things to make us feel welcome and special. Her customer service is excellent. Then there is Golden Boy who is in the entertainment department. He taught us Spanish and how to dance Salsa. Golden Boy, Maria and Orlando are the best staff we have encountered in all of our travels. Also, thanks to Orlando who was our butler. He treated us like royalty and helped us with whatever we needed. The bartenders Nathaniel and Robert B., were excellent as well. Kudo's to all of the staff of Secrets Royal Beach, Punta Cana. We can't wait to go back.

The location was good. Beach was good. The resort is not responsive on issues. I had an oceanfront suite 1292 room and the ceiling was leaking from the hot hub above. The resort offered to do nothing but move my rooms at midnight. I was offered no discount and caused an argument between my spouse and I. I will not be coming back to this resort. I think there is only 3 things good about this hotel. Location, beach the nightlife offered. I spend over $800 a night and no offer for anything. The room they moved me too had baby roaches. We literally left our luggage on the coach until the following day when we left. Sorry Secrets I give you a 👎 thumbs down.

Extraordinary !!
My partner and I stayed at secrets royal for our anniversary, we had an extraordinary stayed’! Eveything was on point as soon as we stepped into the lobby, with that fresh cold small towels we a unique touch of elegance and welcoming. We booked our reservation with the preferred club option and our butler Dayanara was spectacular! Always on top of things. We loved that! Our room was decorated to the T and every detail and expectation was met by us. Thank you again for that! We also found the bartender Robert at the preferred club lounge by the preferred club pool. Well professional and well educated it on drinks specialties, we loved the expresso martini and many others! Y gracias Robert por el té de gengibre. También gracias margarita at the quiet pool, una señora muy atenta!! Y servicial. Gracias a euri the habachi chef great show!!! And thank you for the delicious food!! Junior el camero en el restaurante olio, muy atento y servicial. Overall our experience was outstanding by the gorgeous facilities and most by the amazing staff we engaged!! Thank you! Thank you! We’ll come back soon!! Nos vemos pronto !

Special Place, Special Staff - Would Recommend
The best 2 weeks of my life, we went for the preferred option & The staff were superb. Especially Robert G. From the preferred lounge, treated us like family everyday & made our experience special. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing Resort
Sad that today is my last day at this resort! Had a fabulous time and the staff and people here made it so much better!!! Too many favorites to name but Maria Nelly at the show time bar was the absolute best!!!
