    Sensational

    The rooms look amazing and the availability and access to services, foods and entertainment were endless. Utilization of their App made everything seamless and I have to appreciate that. The App provided services such as room service whilst demonstrating the restaurants and their menus for perusal.

    Poor Customer service

    I have booked this resort (refundable) for November, but I may have to cancel...I reached out to concierge various times requesting some information on the property to plan out the vacation, nothing heard...its like they are ghosting me, even before I arrive...(I usually expect this sort of behavior after they have your money, not before...) Terrible way to start a dream vacation...(I will adjust this review if, my experience changes)

    Romantic getaway

    Excellent service especially from our Butlers Dane and Tajae. They anticipated all our wants and needs. The Altitude restaurant was delicious and the views spectacular. The Hibachi is a must. Fabulous vacation to celebrate a 25th anniversary ❤️.

    Great trip!! We were well taken care of by Tajae & Dane.. they were very professional . Took care of all our requests. Made us feel special . Great food and restaurants Highly recommend Staff so friendly and make sure you are satisfied with everything

    Secrets St James was wonderful and relaxing. Just what I needed.

    I had a wonderful time at Secrets St James. I went with a friend of mind after a rough year personally. It was the perfect place for me to rest, relax and get refreshed. The staff was wonderful and always willing to help make my stay enjoyable. I loved that you had many options of things to do and places to eat. I felt like I could relax when I wanted to and party when I wanted to. My advise is to buy an inflatable float for the water. It is so calm and flat you can just float for hours. Don't forget your sunscreen, the Caribbean sun is much stronger then here in the States. I will definitely be back to visit again.
