The resort it self is nice … I want to thank our butler Jose Becerra who tended to all our needs. Some of the employees at the resort was not totally honest when presented with issues .

We had been to the Secrets PV 13 years ago shortly after it opened, decided it was time to go back. It was a great time, great resort, good food, and great service. Showing a little age in some spots, but has been maintained well! Still a great resort.

Overall a very good experience. Very good food and all restaurants were easy to get into. Great customer service experience. Facility and rooms are good but starting to show wear and tear. We did not book the preferred room this time as it was not worth the price. Entertainment staff five stars! Very little live entertainment in lobbies compared to a few years ago. Did not attend the nightly shows but similar to other resorts. Pool service good but the resort no longer allows any mixed shots like Lemon drop or mini beer. Not a huge issue but would be nice occasionally. Resort generally very good, decent value but resort needs some improvements.

The best Thanksgiving holiday experience
This is our fourth year, returning to spend our Thanksgiving holiday weekend at our “home away from home” and once again it was amazing! We love getting to see our butler Jose Becerra every year, and have the relaxing vacation that will set us up for surviving the cold, dreary winter in Portland!

Nice trip.
Secrets being secrets. Everything was perfect. Been to many secrets all over and this one hit the mark like they always do. We love secrets. The staff is the most amazing part here. They all work so hard to make sure you are taken care of. Oscar at the pool made our trip. Great job. Just a really nice guy. Our maid Claudia. Great job. Room was perfect. Food was good. Once again food is always good. We had a very nice time. Highly recommend.
