Weather was awesome and so were the people. Food and drinks were average to below average. Couldn’t get a drink to taste the same. Too strong or too sweet. No Measurements of any liquors at all. Requested certain brands of liquor and most of time the drinks were dumped out. Food was just average. Pool was great and room was decent. Bathroom with toliet could have been bigger. Kept door open to have more room. Secrets is not what they use to be sadly. This will probably be last time staying at a Secrets. There are too many other places that our hard earned money can be spent on. We will be back to Jamaica but not at this resort.

My wife and I just returned from another amazing stay at Secrets Montego Bay. We have already booked a return trip for August to help celebrate Jamaica's 63 years of Independence on August 6th. If you have never visited Secrets MBJ during Jamaica's Independence Day Celebration, you need to book now. You won't be disappointed. My wife and I had just visited Secrets MBJ Dec/Jan to celebrate New Years and I posted a few weeks ago on Tripadvisor detailing that amazing trip. Our recent stay 2 weeks ago was full of fun and excitement. I have to say this stay had many special memories and moments that we will never forget! We have to personally thank Daniele Galligani, Kyle Nunes and Delrose Bahadure for creating so many of those wonderful memories. As always, the entire Entertainment Team lead by Delrose, Francois (Bleu), Samii Jo, Cassie and others along with Pace Band and Andre and others at the piano bar provided the resort with fun and enjoyable entertainment throughout our stay. The restaurants, Coco Cafe, pools, bartenders and staff, housekeeping, our UVC Rep Schan and our Butlers Chase and Dane as always went above and beyond. Thank you to all! And last, we want to give a special shout-out to the following: Entertainment member Shawn Huggarth for winning the annual employee car giveaway! Kaniel Hall, we miss not seeing you daily and hope you will be back at Secrets/Breathless very soon! Thank you so much for stopping by to see us. Amazing vacation at a fabulous resort
Guests return every year as the resort is an amazing and scenic vacation spot. Housekeeping, cleanliness, variation of restaurants, and service are excellent. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in Preferred Club which I recommend and butlers Davion and Andre attended to every need with charm and professionalism. My husband was taken to the hospital during our stay and Managers Heidi and Renee went above and beyond to support me as well as our butlers. Thank you.

Staff makes the resort shine
REONA & DOREEN AT OCEANA GRILL WERE BEYOND AMAZING! THEY MADE MY DAY DAILY! It was truly a pleasure to meet you both. This is for the owners, please upgrade your rooms. I was really disappointed in the amount of cost to stay in a room where the bathroom had broken tiles and old looking shower that clearly the cleaning people don’t have anything to do with. This a secrets issue and for me a concern because my bathroom at home looks better and is up-kept. Also note that you need to take care of your staff. I saw the TikTok’s and by then we had already paid but $3-$4 an hour for staff is atrocious when you’re charged damn near $1000 a month. The staff make this place but be warned that Europeans and Americans will disrespect them and they still smile. Tip these people because the company pays peanuts. Just search tiktok and Instagram. It’s ridiculous

Secrets Montego Bay
Our overall experience was good. We had a great time. There was a hiccup with the check in however the room was good with a great view. The resort is very clean and the staff was friendly. The pools and beach are amazing. The spa was great! The team actually personalized our treatment to our needs. The food in the restaurants is good but the wait times to be seated for dinner was too long. There was daily entertainment provided, We did not have a butler during this stay but had an amazing concierge by the name of Trisan that was amazing and took care of all of our needs such as amkinf sure that we had snavks in our room and making us reservations for the rooftop restaurant Altitude which had an amazing ambiance and view. Trisan and introduced us to the UVC sales rep Maurice who was awesome and assisted us with our membership upgrade.
