  Welcome Home!

  My husband and I are fortunate enough to have travelled to many islands for our Fall break. We chose to return to St. Lucia this year and chose Serenity. My husband was a bit skeptical because of the close proximity to the airport and the fact this part of the property only has one restaurant. We arrived late on a Sunday and by Monday Midday any concerns had been quickly eliminated! This is by far the best AI we have ever been to. The rooms are spacious, attractive and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff are conscientious and so sweet! Shout out to Trisha and Vanidah! There are so many special touches and activities you forget there’s one place to eat. You could go to the sister resort but why would you? The serving staff are remarkable. Funny, kind and have impressive memories too. Sabby, Toya, Ray, Jemma, Charles and Delon kept our glasses and our bellies filled! Sushi night, the Sunday BBQ and the St Lucian Traditional buffet are not to be missed! Staff like Kevin, build camaraderie among the guests. Young or older like us, Kevin and his team provide enjoyable activities for everyone; paint days, Karaoke, tiki cocktail making and so much more. You must meet Kevin, such a great guy and so much fun. Jonathan will bring you a drink in a freshly cut coconut too. Finally, every room has a Butler ( and a plunge pool). Our Butler Nerie was top notch. She was always available but never intrusive; helped us plan great excursions and made sure we were happy. She is super smart and funny too! When Serenity says “ Welcome Home”, they mean it.

  Honeymoon Experience with great staff and amazing excursions

  Took a week long honeymoon at Serenity in St. Lucia. This place has everything. I was also very shocked and pleased to see how they can accommodate allergies. The staff was very knowledgeable of allergies and very friendly. Daniel, Lee, Ethan, Ray, Kevin, and Jonathan were amazing. They engaged in conversation and were very friendly. Some of my favorite experiences were sitting at the Serenity I can’t remember the names of the people who served me at “The Jerk Treehouse” but they were amazing and so was the food. But again cannot express how awesome Daniel, Lee, Ethan, Ray, Kevin, and Jonathan were. They made the trip feel very relaxing. The excursions were nice, romantic, and all put together by my butler based on our wants.

  Perfect Honeymoon Getaway

  Staff was so attentive to our every need! We stayed at Serenity Bay for our honeymoon and our butler Nerissa, was fantastic. She contacted us at least once a day to ensure our every need was cared for. She was super willing to answer all our question. We had many, since this was our first time staying at an all inclusive resort. Ray and Kevin were our regular pool deck bartenders, they made amazing drinks and even came around poolside to give us refills. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, our regular housekeeper was Trisha and she always left sweet notes and flowers. We also had an adventure packed Land and Sea excursion. It was action packed and we were pretty tired when we arrived back. When we returned Nerissa had drew us a wonderful hot bath with amazing smelling bath oils. It was just the thing we needed to relax after a busy day. If you are looking for a perfect luxury stay for couples Serenity Bay is well worth the money.

  Good times, great vibes

  Absolutely amazing time with my wife. We met wonderful people, food was exceptional and the drinks were on point! Our butler Ethan was super and we loved Kevin, Sabby and RAY!

  Amazing Honeymoon Experience

  Amazing trip! We spent our honeymoon at Serenity the first week of November 2025 and it was spectacular. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and gorgeous, but the staff make the trip! Some big shoutouts to Lee, Latoya, Daniel, Kevin and Ray on the front of house side of things - they made every experience fun from sitting at the bar to the rum tastings. They were always there with a great attitude, pouring us another Rum drink and always smiling. Latoya waved at us every time she saw us and did a great job hosting the rum night. We spent a lot of time with Lee and Daniel at the bar in the evenings and it was so fun. Ray held down the bar during the day, pouring some spontaneous shots for the whole bar and always laughing. Chef Lucy held an awesome Sushi making class and Johnathan came in clutch with his coconut drinks throughout the week. David was an amazing butler who was there for everything we needed from planning our trip to bringing us coffee in the morning. The housekeeping staff did an incredible job in our room each day, always leaving us with a towel-animal and sweet note. You can tell that the staff love to be there and love what they do, we felt like family from day one. We frequently came back to the room to small surprises from a scented bubble bath to champagne and even had our laundry done for us one day. The excursions on the island are super fun and the island is beautiful! The food at the resort was delicious, some of the best short ribs I have ever had - and everything was fresh. The resort hosts fun events throughout the week like BBQ on the pool deck, tacos & tequila, live music at dinner, sushi nights, and rum tastings. We were so sad to leave, but we will absolutely be coming back in the future!
