  The perfect honeymoon destination

  Our week here was a 10/10 experience. We have never been to a resort with more friendly staff and top tier service. They have curated the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure (especially for those on the grand romance package). Special shout out to Nerissa our butler, Ray, Charles, and all the lunch and dinner staff who made us feel like family. I highly recommend letting your butler take the lead in planning the week as they really do know how to make your experience the best! A few things we would recommend! The sushi making class, late night ceaser wraps and Mexican fudge, and an empty stomach because the food is amazing! Be sure to find the coconut man Johnathan and ask for his special, you won’t regret it!!! Don’t forget to check out the other side and try out the water slides! Would return again :) was the perfect honeymoon destination!

  Amazing

  Wife and I went for our honeymoon, had an amazing experience. Neri, our butler was amazing and very helpful when planning all of our activities and adventures. Daniel, Ethan, ray, Tyler, Quade, Jonathan, and Sabby are all amazing. Wish we could have listed more. Cannot recommend this trip enough.

  Best honeymoon ever!!

  My sweet husband and I spent our honeymoon at Serenity. It was an absolute dream and a one of a kind experience. The staff was incredible and super personable. We had the best time, met so many new people, and ate fantastic food. Our person butler, Neri, was out of this world amazing! She was beyond helpful and very sweet. We definitely plan on going back!

  Honeymoon at Serenity !

  My husband and I had a wonderful time at Serenity at Coconut Bay celebrating our honeymoon ! We had excellent service from our butler Ethan that went far and beyond to accommodate our needs! We would recommend him to anyone staying at Serenity and he made sure to bring us coconut biscuits every morning! Pros: Every staff member was incredibly attentive ! Tessa, Jemma, Tyler, Ingrid, Ginel, Nelly, etc. were outstanding! We loved the various options for food at the Greathouse. We loved the upscale dining and we are glad they did not sacrifice their cultural cuisine. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner was delicious and they make the best fried saltish I’ve ever had! The food is always tasty and never boring! Ingrid was kind enough to personally make us Johnny cakes and cornmeal porridge despite the porridge not being on the menu! We enjoyed sushi night, that was the best sushi I’ve had at any resort! Even better than some sushi restaurants in the U.S. The next day we had a great time doing the sushi making class. Our villa was beautiful and we truly enjoyed the private outdoor pool and outside shower! Thank you Vinah for doing a great job keeping our room clean! The live bands did a phenomenal job playing soca music, etc. our favorite night was Wednesday night serenade under the stars, absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed our steel drum lesson and fire show. Drinks are well made and delicious - any alcoholic drink, matcha, bubble tea, coffee, lattes, etc. We also enjoyed venturing off to Coconut Bay for their jerk tree house! We also loved our massages at the Spa ! Lastly, they have a good gym with plenty of equipment, including a smiths machine! Cons: Although we loved and appreciated the peacefulness of serenity, we believe they could offer a few more activities during the day to entertain guests. However, if you want a more traditional resort feel you can walk across the street to Coconut Bay. Overall our experience was impeccable and we definitely loved our honeymoon stay! We would definitely stay again! We would recommend Serenity at Coconut Bay to anyone!

  Perfect Honeymoon Experience!

  This review is LONG overdue! My husband David and I wanted to save up to splurge on our honeymoon and we can say it was absolutely worth every penny. We stayed at Serenity at Coconut Bay for a week in December (Dec 4–11, 2024), and it was truly the most relaxing, luxurious, and welcoming vacation we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt completely taken care of—and much of that is thanks to the incredible staff who made our stay so memorable. A Huge Shoutout to the Staff (apologies if I spelled anyone's name wrong!) Our Butlers: Kert was our primary butler, and he was phenomenal. He anticipated every need, created the perfect itinerary, checked in with us regularly, and made us feel like royalty without ever being overbearing. On his day off, Daniel stepped in seamlessly—professional, attentive, and kind. Housekeeping Team: Garvey, Trisha, Vaniah, and Simon kept our villa immaculate every single day. Every detail was perfect, and we always loved to see the beautiful and creative towel animals and the sweet notes they would leave us every day. Bars & Servers: At the Paradise Beach Bar, Tyron and Kevin kept the drinks flowing with such fun energy and great conversation. Charles at the resort bar was equally amazing—his cocktails were spot on, and he always made us smile. Natoya, one of our favorite servers, stood out with her warm personality and fantastic service. Spa: Terah and Abigail gave us the most relaxing massages we’ve ever had—exactly what we needed to unwind fully! Dining Highlights: Teddy at the Burger Shack made sure our casual meals were quick, delicious, and fun. And on our last night, Kaisha served us at the private pool cabana dinner, which was an unforgettable experience—she was attentive, professional, and made the evening extra special. Resort & Food Serenity lives up to its name—the private plunge pool in our villa, the spacious layout, and the quiet atmosphere made it feel like our own slice of paradise. Every meal we had was top-notch, from breakfast in the villa to fine dining in the evening. The food was consistently fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The cocktails across the resort were creative and delicious, and the team never hesitated to make custom drinks to our taste. We've even recreated some our favorite drinks at home and it brings back wonderful memories of our stay there! Excursions We also loved the excursions arranged through the resort. They were well-organized and gave us a chance to explore the beauty of St. Lucia without any stress. Our favorite was the sunset cruise, it gave us a perfect view of the island and it gave us a chance to meet other couples as well! Coming back to Serenity after a day out was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Beach By far the beach was our favorite spot to be! Kert would always be so kind to give us a golf cart ride to the beach, but it's not too far of a walk if you wanted to skip the ride (about a 10 minute walk). When we went, we didn't have to fight for any lounge chairs and the beach bar and burger shack were super close as well. One of our favorite days was the beach cabana day, the hammock bed was wonderful to just lay in the shade and see the beautiful ocean and you were steps away from the water, it was perfect! I will say the only thing is there was alot of seaweed in the water, which could be because of the time of year, but they did their best to keep the beach clean from the seaweed that would wash ashore. Overall This trip exceeded every expectation. The resort itself is gorgeous, but what truly makes Serenity stand out is the people. Every single staff member we met was kind, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. Almost 10 months later we are still talking about when we can go back and we hope to return in the future, maybe for an anniversary someday!
