Amazing Honeymoon Experience
Amazing trip! We spent our honeymoon at Serenity the first week of November 2025 and it was spectacular. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and gorgeous, but the staff make the trip! Some big shoutouts to Lee, Latoya, Daniel, Kevin and Ray on the front of house side of things - they made every experience fun from sitting at the bar to the rum tastings. They were always there with a great attitude, pouring us another Rum drink and always smiling. Latoya waved at us every time she saw us and did a great job hosting the rum night. We spent a lot of time with Lee and Daniel at the bar in the evenings and it was so fun. Ray held down the bar during the day, pouring some spontaneous shots for the whole bar and always laughing. Chef Lucy held an awesome Sushi making class and Johnathan came in clutch with his coconut drinks throughout the week. David was an amazing butler who was there for everything we needed from planning our trip to bringing us coffee in the morning. The housekeeping staff did an incredible job in our room each day, always leaving us with a towel-animal and sweet note. You can tell that the staff love to be there and love what they do, we felt like family from day one. We frequently came back to the room to small surprises from a scented bubble bath to champagne and even had our laundry done for us one day. The excursions on the island are super fun and the island is beautiful! The food at the resort was delicious, some of the best short ribs I have ever had - and everything was fresh. The resort hosts fun events throughout the week like BBQ on the pool deck, tacos & tequila, live music at dinner, sushi nights, and rum tastings. We were so sad to leave, but we will absolutely be coming back in the future!

30 year Anniversary
My husband and I just returned from a week at Serenity celebrating our 30 year anniversary. I honestly don't think words can accurately describe how amazing our experience was. First of all, I want to talk about the location. Serenity had a private driver pick us up from the airport. Just check in at the kiosk at the airport and they handle everything. We literally were at the resort within 5 minutes. Our Butler, Neri, met us with a coconut drink in hand. She then took us on a tour of the resort and then our room. The bags were there waiting for us. The resort is not beach front, but we could see the water from the pool. We booked a premium butler suite. Our room was beautiful. We had more than enough space and the outdoor shower was a nice touch. Our bar was stocked with any drink we should need. Neri, our butler, called us the day before we arrived to see if we had any special requests for mixers and what alcohol we would like. Next, I will talk about the food. Every meal we had at the Greathouse. We are early risers so we would walk the resort, then go to breakfast. There is a great variety and they accommodated any special requests we asked for. We did have room service once, and the food was to our room within 15 minutes after we ordered. There were a couple of special lunches by the pool which I recommend trying as well. As for dinner, we tried many of the specials and everything we had was so delicious. The fish was so fresh! My husband and I are big foodies too and the previous comments we read, all talked about how good the food is and we could not agree more. We took the advice of others and ate all of our meals at Serenity but we did try the Jerk Treehouse on our beach cabana day. It lived up to all of the hype! Now, I would like to discuss the people. I have never been to a resort with nicer people. We asked many of them, and most have worked there over 10+ years which I feel says a lot about the resort. Housekeeping (Shirley Trisha, Kimberly, Christy, Simeon) always left us with inspirational quotes and our room was always so clean Ray, Kevin and Lee at the bar by the pool always greeted us with a smile and our drinks were so good! We did a rum tasting and a wine tasting with Kevin and we were so glad that we did! All of our servers were amazing. Toya was definitely one of my favorites. She has the kindest smile and would always come by to check on us when we saw her. Lastly, I cannot say enough great things about our butler, Neri. We had the grand romance package (highly recommend) and she arranged everything for us. She was always willing to do anything to make our vacation special. She was not intrusive, but made sure we were well taken care of and provided anything we needed. Our flight was delayed coming home but we were able to hang at the resort. She kept checking on us to see if we had any news about our flight and if we needed anything. One of the sweetest things she did, was to call us the day after we got home just to make sure we made it home safely. My husband and I have been to many resorts in the Caribbean, and Serenity is the one we would definitely go back too! Thank you to everyone who made our trip so special.

Our Best Vacation Ever!
This was our first time at Serenity and Saint Lucia and were celebrating our 35th anniversary. We stayed for 10 nights in a Grand Plunge Pool Suite and Davidson was our butler. He quickly learned what we liked and was amazing at anticipating and surprising us. The light in our pool wasn’t working so it was down for a few hours and immediately gave us a pool cabana for the next day. Davidson arranged a beach cabana for a day on our anniversary as a gift along with a charcuterie board and bubble bath. We opted for a special dinner at The Great House and he had it arranged very nicely. Our departure time wasn’t until 2:00 and without asking he arranged a late checkout for us. Kimberly and Quade did a good job in relief. We feel very fortunate to have had Davidson as our butler. Staff All of the staff at Serenity were very friendly and helpful. Our main housekeeper Patrice did an outstanding job and left the nicest notes with her towel art. At the bar Ray made some very tasty drinks (Purple Rain for my wife) and cleaned sunglasses in the morning. Lee watched the last two games of the World Series with us and two other couples from Canada, lots of fun. He also makes the best Dirty and Espresso Martinis! Toya’s Tiki Time was a lot of fun so we did it twice while we were there. Sabby was always fun to be around, Kevin is great at being the pool deck MC and rum tasting host. At The Great House Jakim, Sabby, Natasha, Hannah, Ginel and Jemma all took great care of us. After our anniversary dinner six of the staff surrounded the table and sang a Shania Twain song a capella. Their harmonizing is beautiful and should be recorded. Our room was amazing and we made use of all the areas. The pool temperature was very nice no matter what time of day and we are probably going to buy pool floats like the ones there. We ate all our dinners at The Great House and they were always delicious. I had one of the nightly specials enough times that I didn’t get a chance to try everything on the menu that I wanted to. We did have lunch from the Jerk Treehouse twice and it was very good and authentic. We went on two excursions, Sunset Cruise and Land and Sea and highly recommend both. Thank you again to Davidson and all the staff at Serenity for making this our Best Vacation Ever! We are already looking forward to returning and hopefully in the not too distant future.

Honeymoon of our dreams
Buckle up this is gonna be a long one. We decided on serenity for our honeymoon after lots of research and the reviews don’t lie, this place is outstanding. First off, 5 minutes from the airport…. Amazing. We immediately got taken to our private car and within minutes we were at serenity with a welcome drink in hand. The property is gorgeous and well kept. The rooms are spectacular with AC the most amazing bed and obviously private little pool. The pool bar had ceiling fans and just about everywhere else had a split unit so we were never uncomfortable. The food: as foodies, one restaurant was a little worrisome but we knew we had access to the restaurants at coconut bay. We made reservations for 2 restaurants at the sister property, but ended up canceling one because the food at the great house was so spectacular. The menu itself had so much variety, but they also hosted special events that really kept the menu changing. The rum tasting event in particular was our favorite night with so much different food choices to try! Don’t get me started on tacos and tequila Monday! And the pool cabana dinner, I will be thinking about those oxtails until I come back! Drinks: the extensive cocktail menu was greatly appreciated and every drink was fantastic! The nightly sangrias and morning mimosas were delicious. Definitely have to try the Johnathon coconut special, best drink in the Caribbean (thanks Johnathan!) Entertainment: they had so many different events that we actually participated in since it wasn’t that overwhelming giant resort feel with 100 things going on. Always live music and the fire breathers were amazing. The island tour was so fun and special thanks to our driver Brad for keeping us hydrated the whole time 😉 The beach: we are BIG beach people and being on the Atlantic side I was a little worried with everyone talking about the seaweed. Let me tell you, they cranked with the beach rake and it was never a problem for us. The waves were perfect for my husband to keep him entertained while I read my book. The beach cabanas were amazing and we ended up getting one for an extra day, shoutout Jamal at the beach bar for taking great care of us! Staff: last but most important, the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind and helped make our stay that much better. Davidson was our butler and he quite literally, took care of everything for us. As people who just planned an entire wedding it was so nice to not have to worry about reservations or plans. He packed us coolers for our beach cabanas, brought us jerk tree house to try, had baths drawn for us when we got back to the room, noticed I loved animals so he took us to the farm,(pro tip the dogs are not trying to attack you with love…they want to run around so don’t let them out like I did 😅). If you have Davidson as your butler you are in great hands! Special shoutouts to Kevin at the bar, Ntoya for always making us smile, Ray making sure I always have a drink in hand, Quade taking us to coconut bay for dinner even though we realized after it was embarrassingly a 2 minute walk, our amazing housekeeping staff for all my towel animal friends, and honestly so many more people I’m forgetting. You all truly made our honeymoon so special and we can’t begin to express how grateful we are for taking such good care of us for the week! We can’t wait to come back and if you’re debating serenity for your vacation, do it you won’t regret it! Christina & Wayne
