Take the trip!
This is the most beautiful and relaxing place in the world! The accommodations, the beach and the service is unmatched anywhere in the Caribbean. Charles was our daily beach attendant and was wonderful and always happy to help, Jacinda checked us in and was so kind and welcoming. Housekeeping was so attentive. The daily included breakfast was large and included an omelet station, pastries made by a pastry chef, meats, fruits and vegetables. The location is wonderful and very accessible. Definitely a trip of a lifetime! We will be back!

Great Resort but…know it’s a $300 per day incidental charge
Great location, clean resort, great food and wonderful beach views and amenities. Check-in was typical rum punch then the punch in the face of that I didn’t see posted or expected was the $300 per night incidental deposit at check-in. I didn’t expect that given we paid $3k for the hotel so expecting to pay another $1200 at check-in for incidentals, definitely made this trip all inclusive. The free breakfast was great The Farm, Seven, and The Terrace were all great I am gluten free and they catered to my needs everything was clearly marked and they had lots of options, so I was not expecting that but made the trip even more enjoyable! Beware I thought I had bedbugs but you get bit by mosquitoes while dining at night so my legs look terrible but the staff checked the room, do weekly inspections and provided me with cortisone cream that was helpful and put my mind at ease until I finally saw the tiny mosquitoes in action while eating ice cream at island scoops. They had a rocket watch party which was cute. Also I stayed in a Jr oceanfront suite plenty of space for me and hubby

10 out of 10 Every Time!
I stay at Seven Stars several times per year. As a frequent guest at Seven Stars, I thought I would answer several FAQs asked by travelers considering Seven Stars! FAQ: Do I have to wake up at 5am to reserve a beach chair? Not at all! This is one of the best things about Seven Stars! Whether you go to the beach at 8am or 1pm, the friendly, and very hard-working Fresnel will set up your comfortably cushioned loungers wherever you would like at the beach or the pool. There are plenty of loungers and umbrellas for everyone. FAQ: What if there's a hurricane? I was there when Hurricane Erin passed by the island. I felt safer there than I would have been at home during a hurricane. The staff were all phenomenal in securing the outdoor furniture and then setting it all back up again so quickly. The buildings are built to withstand hurricane conditions and the staff communicated with us continuously about what to expect. They took great care of us. It was a treat to see Lila and Charles serving at breakfast! They are fan favorite servers on the beach and at the pool! FAQ: Is there food and drink service at the beach and pool? Yes! The servers are all so friendly and quickly bring out whatever you would like to eat and drink all day long. I personally love the mango banana mint smoothie and grilled shrimp with the sweet chili sauce. I get both every day....and sometimes a frozen mocha! Lila, Charles, Rodney, and all the servers are great! You can even get a coconut to drink...with or without rum in it. So refreshing! FAQ: How's the ocean water? Amazing! It's typically crystal clear and calm. It's where I spend all day, every day. The water is a great temperature year-round. FAQ: Where can I get a good steak? Look no further than Seven, the fine dining restaurant at Seven Stars that happens to be the best restaurant on the whole island, in my opinion. I love the beef tenderloin. Pair it with a lobster tail, their hand crafted old fashioned, and some ice cream for dessert....yum! FAQ: Is there a breakfast included? Not only is the breakfast buffet included every morning, but it is delicious and full of options for everyone, including allergy sensitive options. The entire breakfast team is wonderful and so friendly! FAQ: Has anyone gotten a massage there? One of my favorite parts of the trip is a massage in the beach cabana with Maria. Truly Heavenly! Hearing the ocean sounds, feeling the sunshine and Maria's expert technique is a must. Maria is so sweet too! FAQ: Is there entertainment? Yes! The Deck (ocean front restaurant) at Seven Stars has singers on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturday. I personally love the singer on Friday the best...his voice is so nice to listen to while enjoying food and cocktails at sunset! FAQ: Are the pools clean? Super clean! They clean the pools meticulously every morning. I see Simon out there every day at 7am making sure the pools are perfectly clean. FAQ: What if I have a concern while there? All of the staff are so friendly and helpful with anything you may need. The GM Bela is so nice and treats every guest member as VIP. You are not just a number here at Seven Stars! The staff feels like family and treats you like family!

Amazing- especially Yna at the Spa
The Seven Stars Resort & Spa is phenomenal. The location is perfect. The ocean rooms are outstanding. Every employee is great. At the spa, Yna, is the most amazing. She has miracle hands for a 2 hour service and you won’t be disappointed with her work. I highly recommend Yna!

My Husbands 60th Birthday Trip
We recently stayed at Seven Stars Resort and had a wonderful experience. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, with an excellent location right on Grace Bay. I would consider Grace Bay the best beach on this part of the island. We stayed in the Maia building in an island view junior suite. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and I loved that it even had its own ice machine, small refrigerator, stove top, coffee machine and kitchen supplies, such nice touches. When we arrived in the room there was a bottle of chilled Rose waiting for us and 2 bags of delicious cookies, that are made on-site. The resort isn't overly large, which we appreciated and there were always plenty of beach chairs available and they also have an adults only pool. Dining on the property was very good as well. We enjoyed lunch several times at The Deck, which was a perfect spot right off the beach and we also had smoothies at The Farm, which was very good. A big plus is that breakfast is included with you room at Seven Restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options, there was truly something for everyone. The location is also a big perk, there's a grocery store right across and shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. A quick note for travelers, taxis on the island are very expensive and most charge per person each way. One evening our roundtrip cab for two people cost $80. It definitely adds up quickly., so bring plenty of cash, as most drivers prefer it. The hotel will be happy to get you a cab at any time. The staff really made our stay outstanding. Cory at check-in kindly went over our room and resort amenities. Peterson provider excellent beach service, always checking in on us several times a day. Rolden at the adults only pool was wonderful, always smiling and taking such good care of us. At breakfast, Chama and Jay greeted us every morning with warmth and fun energy, making our mornings such a joy. And the best of the best was Pushpa, our room attendant. He went above and beyond every single day, truly outstanding service and in my opinion, a huge asset to the resort. Saman was also fantastic. The friendliness and dedication of the entire team made the experience effortless and so enjoyable. A note for travelers regarding room upgrades: if you're hoping for a complimentary room upgrade, this is not the resort for that. We visited off-season when the resort was very quiet and were still told the standard line, "upgrades are never guaranteed and subject to availability." Listen, we spoke to many staff members, the resort was empty! After speaking with returning guests and now ready many other reviews, is seems upgrades are not something this resort offers, even when occupancy is low. Which is fine, but I think this information may be helpful for future travelers. We were disappointed, but it wouldn't stop us from coming back, we would simply book the exact room category we want next time. Overall, we loved our stay at Seven Stars and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Turks & Caicos. The resort is beautiful, but its truly the staff that made it unforgettable.
