  Wish I Could Live Here!

  This resort is stunning but most importantly the staff is incredible! In each restaurant, there were kind, efficient, friendly, they made our family vacation something we still discuss. As soon as I can return using RCI I will!!! But in the interim, I'll pay and visit here, it's just that wonderful!

  Great poolside experience thank to Guadalupe.

  Had an amazing time at this resort and so much was due to Guadalupe. He was so kind and attentive I can not express enough the great care he took of us. He is a shining star at Hacienda Del Mar!

  2 star resort

  This is truly a 2 star resort. Avoid at cost… Do yourself a huge favor and stay somewhere else. There are hundreds of better choices in Cabo San Lucas that offer clean rooms, great food, and better overall resort conditions. This place is an overpriced disappointment.The Rooms & Pests: The rooms were absolutely filthy. There are huge gaps underneath the doors, which allowed one-inch cockroaches to freely walk into the room and visit us during our stay.Dirty Facilities: The pools are dirty, and the pool lounge chairs are old, stained, and filthy. Good luck finding a spot anyway; guests claim chairs by putting towels on them at 6:00 AM, leaving them empty most of the day while management does nothing. The landscaping looks nice in some select areas, but it is terrible and neglected in others—especially right by the pools.The Beach: The beach is non-swimmable. Furthermore, there are absolutely no lounge chairs provided on the sand.Food & Pricing: The food is average at best, and the pricing is completely outrageous for the quality you receive.Management & Service: The service here is terrible. The employees lie, and management is a total joke because they back up the lying staff instead of helping the guest.Timeshare Nightmare: The timeshare sales experience they put you through is horrible. They make endless promises that they have absolutely no intention of keeping.Save your money, skip the stress, and book a different resort.

  Terrible Experience!! Beware

  Do not stay here, and beware of their representatives stationed at the airport. They will paint a picture-perfect scenario and offer incentives—like discount rental car quotes or free perks—just to lure you into attending a "presentation." Once you are in the presentation, management turns to high-pressure, manipulative sales tactics to force you into buying a membership. If you decline, the staff's attitude turns completely hostile, making you feel disrespected and mistreated. To make matters worse, they will charge unauthorized fees to your credit card without proper consent if they feel you aren't a fit for their sales pitch. Save yourself the stress, avoid the airport sales traps, and book somewhere else that values its guests instead of treating them like targets for a timeshare push.
