    Old world beauty, modern amenities

    Great hotel in a very good location. Very nice old world atmosphere in a modern hotel. Great location. Easy parking in a nearby garage

    A must stay with great location and even better service!

    We stayed here from Thursday to Sunday as we were getting married on Saturday at a nearby venue. We booked a few rooms as family and friends stayes with us. The whole experience since we arrived until we left was AMAZING. Beautiful hotel and super amazing and nice staff! The service and availability of the staff was out of this world. This is definitely a hotel we are coming back to! Shout out to the AMAZING Alexandra Sanchez from Catering and Conference, she made sure we had the perfect wedding stay. Reception supervisor Juan Pimentel, Miguel and Alexander from the bellpeople team and housekeeping supervisor Israel, what an A-team! We really appreciated everything they did for us! 5 stars!

    Awesome stay at the heart of Old San Juan

    Wonderful experience! Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Located in the center of everything. Great food (we have breakfast and dinner). Amazing views. You can also see the cruise ships from your room. A lot of great places nearby. We love this hotel.

    Nice hotel in a great location.

    This property is located in the perfect location! The staff was wonderful. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. The common areas and the room were in excellent condition and very clean. My only complaint would be the elevator situation. It took quite some time to get from our floor back down to the street because one of the elevators was either not functioning the morning we left or it was held up on another floor for quite some time. I think we waited for an elevator with space for ten minutes or more.

    Hotel Rumbao is a beautiful property in old San Juan.

    Hotel Rumbao is in a great location for exploring Old San Juan. The hotel was very nice and the people were amazing. Gian did a great job of making sure that everything was well taken care of for me. The outdoor pool has a beautiful view of Puerto Rico. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in San Juan.
