  Wonderful Vacation

  I would like to start by saying I don't usually leave reviews but Stolentime deserves a review. We have had the pleasure of visiting quite a few resorts and different islands. Stolentime definitely is one of our favorites. My husband and I just returned from a 7 night stay and we really liked the resort and the island. The resort is VERY clean and well maintained. The maintenance staff worked continuously maintaining the beautiful grounds and gardens. The room was very nice, not outstanding but very nice. We did a Veranda room and the balcony was great, large, comfortable and blocked the sun all day. The pools were nice, we enjoyed the spa pool and the lazy river especially. The beach was beautiful, seaweed was cleaned up daily so there was not a lot of it while we were there. We ate at all the restaurants. The food was good. As others have said it is the staff that makes this resort so special. They were outstanding! Friendly and very attentive, they couldn't do enough to make your stay special. Every staff member we met was spectacular, I am not great with names but would like to give a shout out to Ana at the beach, she was always there with beverages and snacks, Charma and Ellie at the bars, Lovena at Thyme restaurant, and the waitress who has been there 29yrs was awesome as well (I am so sorry but, can't remember her name but will always remember her). Sorry ladies if I spelled your names incorrectly. All the waiters and waitresses in the restaurants. We never had to ask for water or coffee refills they were right there. We did a wonderful tour with JoJo's speedboat adventures as well, it was a lot of fun. The bottom line is I would highly recommend this resort and next time we are visiting St Lucia there is no doubt that we will be staying at Stolentime!

  Good it not great

  The resort is similar to other good Caribbean hotels however the beach bungalow was clean but tired and could benefit from a refurb especially the small bathroom. Too much large heavy furniture in the bedroom for the space. Drawers broken etc. The service and food were generally very good. The beach & bay however were disappointing, so much rubbish. The hotel is situated on one side by a vandalised, derelict hotel and on the other by a very impoverished shanty village and the island’s large graveyard which butts up on to the beach and the island’s smaller airport. Having said that felt safe and all we met were friendly. Hotel however mucked us about with late checkout & should remember that customer service should last from arrival to the moment you depart. Other Caribbean resorts in our opinion provide better bang for your buck. Would not go back.

  Truly wonderful visit to Stolen Time

  Just returned after an amazing 11 night stay at Stolen Time. The number of couples that we spoke to who were returning for their 3rd, 4th or even 10th visit speaks volumes for the quality of the resort. Lovely facilities in a wonderful location. Food in all 3 restaurants was wonderful. A la carte options were better than the buffet. As everyone says, the staff are amazing. Our personal thanks go to Tarnitia for keeping us topped up with drink, Diana for amazing service in The Terrace restaurant and the truly awesome Dennis in water sports who took us for some amazing hobie boat cruises. For anyone reading & wondering about the resort. Yes it’s close to a small municipal airport and yes you hear 5 or 6 propellor planes a day but it is more of a pleasure to see and hear than any inconvenience. Travel from Hewanorra takes 90+ minutes. Take the helicopter for a 12 minute transfer experience Thank you Stolen Time, hopefully we will see you again one day

  A perfect week in paradise!

  Just returned from our first visit to Stolen Time St Lucia - and hopefully not our last. This is a very special hotel - beautiful location and facilities (including an excellent programme of daily wellbeing/fitness activities), exceptional service, and the most wonderful staff. The staff really do make this hotel. Everyone was just incredible - but special shout outs to lovely Diana in the Terrace, our wonderful poached egg ladies cooking on breakfast service (so sorry we didn't get your names), Christie who served us around the garden pool and made us laugh every day, and the fantastic Edwin who introduced me to Tai Chi. It was the most perfect week in the most perfect resort. The number of other guests who we spoke to who were returning for their third, fourth - even twelfth! - visit is testament to what a special place this is. Thank you to everyone at Stolen Time for making our stay so special. Melissa and Dominic xxx

  Beautiful resort

  Fantastic beach front location. The food was great with varied choices. The service was amazing and all staff really helpful and friendly. The choice of all inclusive fitness, watersports and activities was superb with well qualified instructors. Overall a fantastic holiday experience.
