Oct 07, 2026Love it but …
This review is for the mangement staff only . The resort was beautiful and the resturant and staff were amazing . I paid through Agoda for one room and they double booked me and after multiple times over and over again speaking with with the agent and Sunbreeze “after the non- refunded date” we arrived , I asked to speak to the manager who who could resolve it , we never spoke to a manager because it was not the right time check back in … three days goes bye , we asked why couldn’t we just get the “second” room I reserved , they said it was booked . Surprise . I paid for that room that they decided to book .

Great staff, location and restaurant!
SunBreeze is in a perfect location, just steps from the airstrip and within walking distance to many hot spots. The restaurant and staff are impeccable. I'd like to give a special shoutout to front desk clerk Reina, who was EXTREMELY helpful and patient helping me to retrieve items that I'd forgotten at a hotel in Caye Caulker. The entire staff was lovely and the grounds are beautiful. I would recommend SunBreeze 100%, and we'll be back!

Amazing stay!!
The Sunbreeze hotel was amazing! The location was extremely convenient, directly across the street from the airport and a quick walk to a bunch of bars/restaurants. The blue water grill also had amazing food and drinks. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends/family.
