Muy buena experiencia, excelente servicio, el personal muy amable, la comida en sus restaurantes de buen sabor, gran vista al mar desde la habitación. Muy buena opción para hospedarse en Puerto Vallarta. Ideal para ir en pareja o en familia en plan de descanso.

Excellent hotel
We loved it! I was a bit reserved when I saw the comments that they make a lot of difference with the domestic and foreign guests, but I didn't feel that at all even though there were few nationals. Absolutely everyone treated us with kindness and respect. Not a super huge resort, but my kids were entertained at all times. Thank you very much for the detail in the kids club for the day of the child! The food is delicious and à la carte with all inclusive, so you can notice the quality improvement compared to the buffets. We will definitely come back!!!

Excellent value for your money!!
A spectacular place for the price, Mario made our stay very comfortable thank you for always coming to ask us how we were and ask us how you could improve our stay with a big smile, the food is good everything a la carte and with good taste, the coffe snack is a 10 carried a baby of 7 months and I was worried about his feeding but I always found fresh fruit my son of 6 years I love pizzas were delicious, healthy options, the areas are very comfortable, it is difficult to find chairs in the pool area but maybe it was for the season, overall everything very well and especially the service !!!

Apr 21, 2025Lack of empathy and human warmth. Bad experience
Our flight was cancelled so we arrived a day later at the hotel, and they would not go through the dates, either through Bestday (who told us that many hotels do go through the dates in such circumstances), or when we asked them personally, so we lost a lot of money. The first day at the hotel’s Mirador restaurant, I stood with my son to take some pictures, and there was a group of waiters nearby and one of them said “ridiculous”, so the rest of the dinner felt very uncomfortable. Bringing the account in zeros, since it was all inclusive, I signed it, and the waiter picked up the folder and stood on the bar in front of us, opened it and when he saw that there was no tip, closed it sharply and very rudely making a loud sound. It has been the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel, and more of that “category”. The next day I complained and Miss Patricia Martinez, manager of the restaurant, very kind received my complaint spoken and written. Two days later Mr. Carlos Moreno, a food and beverage assistant, apologized as well and asked that I indicate by photo who had been the waiter who attended us. In conclusion, the kindest people were the ones I mentioned at the end, the buttons Miguel, who was very attentive, and Raul from the pool area, the others, mainly the very unpleasant and friendly reception. We will never go back to that hotel, because in addition to not supporting me because of my cancellation, they behaved very badly, I think human warmth is essential, and in that hotel, few have that quality..... I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. By the way, most of the time, we spend it in the hotel next door which is from the same chain and is very fatherly (Pelican Square), and all the staff are very friendly, attentive and friendly, plus the atmosphere is very nice and the music too.

Excellent hotel
All rooms overlook the sea.The service is excellent, perfect and clean facilities, the food is a la carte and with variety for all tastes. The pool water is not cold and have a jacuzzi. It's got its kids' zone,
