    Great experience

    Awesome experience. Would do it again! Food was great and the staff was amazing! The beach had everything to offer and overall was a great time

    Perfect hotel in Turks!

    First trip to Turks and this boutique hotel was just perfect! The beach is pristine. Shout out to the entertainment crew - Tash and Cheeky. And, to Sylvie- her jerk chicken recipe was just amazing! We’ll be back for sure!

    November 2025 Beach is top notch and room clean…food is decent but lacks variety and buffets definitely can improve. Gloria and JudyAnn from the breakfast and lunch area provided amazing and friendly service which other staff should learn from. Kids Club was closed for renovation and the temporary activities lacked creativity.

    Gloria was the best

    Alexandra resort Beach is amazing, clean and water was beautiful. We received service from Gloria at breakfast and lunch and she was so professional and caring about our stay. Always a smile on her face and very caring with out 2 little ones.
